Just yank it out... its no biggie...
the mycellium probably hasn't grown that deep into the soil.

it may or may not be good for her (i really don't know either way) but it sure is cool to see and extra hilarious! not trying to poke fun at you at all. i've never seen something like that before!

is this what happens sometimes when using mushroom compost?

a 1/2 inch or so of sand on top of the soil will take away their food source. then you get to watch those confused little fuckers die off one by one.

The mushroom is harmless and you're also getting mushroom compost in your pots (good). No biggie.

this makes me want a thread for pictures of mushrooms growing next to mj plants....

but maybe that's just me.

You are too damp, that is why you have the fungas gnats and the shrooms. Water less or get more air circulating on the soil surface

SORRY I have to do this :

As I have a buddy that recently went through this and it will keep coming back , more every time you remove them they attach to the roots and stems ( and i think there eating them:fsu:) . Wait it gets better... they spread, and will suck the life out of your plants!! And makes the weed (w/ a 3 wk flush) taste" like sh!t , burns your throat and puts a tear in your eye." - from him

^^^ well more just appeared but they did not seem attached to the roots/stems...however mushrooms in the soil are definitely sketch...anyone know for sure whats going on...im close to the end of my first grow and i would hate for something to happen
