Just a little show and tell...
Picked up some freshly planted clippings the other day and had to use a temp set up. Wasn't quite happy with it(needed to be taller and not let out temp and moisture). So I ran to Target and Lowes tonight and grabbed a couple of supplies. Here is what I came up with:

Just used a larger storage box from target and a piece of "optix" from lowes. I only have it 1/2 way complete now, but you can get the idea. I used two shop lights, cut to make the reflectors and then will be adding a two heating pads underneath the reflectix also. I am going to just mount a power strip to the back, so that everything can plug in. I kept the cutout from the top and mounted reflectix to that for a cover. This way I can remove the cover when I want and take a peak inside without popping the top.
Only tool I had to buy was a scorer for the acrylic, could have used a razor blade I guess! Anyway, I am happier for the effort!
