I remember I fell asleep trying to read that like 5 days in a row when I was 17, so I just quit trying and gave in to failing english that semester. my teacher was a bitch that semester anyways. had her after lunch, she probably didn't like me rolling in late reeking like ganja with a bunch of food, but when else was I suppose to eat when I spent the whole lunch hour driving around smoking??

a lot of times I'll watch some quick nudey clips on the net before bed and be like "im SO jerking off"...and then I get in my bed and wake up the next morning and remember I forgot to do the deed. I've gone like a week without even trying. But it's AWESOME. I'm like never masturbating again. EVER. Just sex..savin' it all 4 sex. Last few times has been pretty lame...limp or sick or..idk. Something's wrong with my mojo...I'm not producing enough testosterone now that I haven't been working out. If that guy from the Hulk was my neighbor I'd be doing a lot better - like wake my ass up early and hit the weights, etc.

yeah, that could be your problem. I've heard the low testosterone thing affects sleep and of course libido. I'm sure I have pretty low testosterone considering my lack of exercise and excessive marijuana consumption, but I've never not been able to jerk off when I wanted to. thats gotta be low. go see a doctor or some shit.

the drinking could be a lot of your problem too. and also if you didn't drink so much, you'd have more money to buy weed. so then you wouldn't have this problem at all.

drinking alcohol also lowers testosterone

Thats a sign,it means it'll take two bags of dope to help you sleep lol.If you can get some xanax they are grest for putting you to sleep,unfortunately they are habit forming but sometimes Ijust don't care

Alcohol increases bitch titts, estrogen and lowers testosterone.

I used to drink to sleep , when id run out of bud.

I realised i slept better just staying up till i got tired. Stressing about sleep is half the problem.

Go run 5-10k next time you run out and i guarantee you will sleep well.

When I'm out of bud and can't sleep I just stay awake and try to do some things around the house, certain things I wouldn't do when really tired.

Just don't sit in bed thinking about how you can't get to sleep or your anxiety will keep you awake far longer then if you did some things that needed to be done.

Also try watching the TV with the volume off and with some kind of white noise like a fan, helps me at times.
