hey guys. so my friend to thee hydro store with his mindset on gettin a galaxy 400 wt digital ballast. he gets there , and the owner of the store practicly shoves a global greenhouse one down his throat insisting that they ave the best warranty. my friend however is more concerned with performance and thinks he made a mistake by taking the global greenhouse one, only because he has heard so much good about galaxy. he needs help.
Whats the 411 on digi ballasts from Global Greenhouse?

i don't know much about either brand but i'd look for a digi ballast thats has lots of options like a cooling fan and a good warnty. i run quantum ballasts they have 2 cooling fans are dimmable and burn hps/mh and can run at 240/120.

Used both. Many @ the same time had some galaxys die. Never had a global fail. fucking pricey but pimp. Dude probably makes more on each sale with the global.

I have global greenhouse 600 with a sunmaster super hps bulb. Have had for 8 months no problems. My lamp gets turned on and off twice as much cause I have to turn it off everyday to handwater. My friend who works at the store said they stopped keeping galaxy and lumatek in stock cause of high return rate.
