Hey ICMag, I've lurked here and have read up and learned a lot. This is my second grow, I grew a SSH and Two other randoms in my first grow, they were gifts to my girlfriend and I.
So I ran them through, putting my focus on the SSH, one of the other two showed to be a male and i pulled it, and after a long time of vegging the ssh, and pruning and super cropping, it turned to be a male, and the plant i had some what neglected, a short bushy indica dom, i decided to pollinate and try again.

Produced a fair amount of seeds.
Now up to speed, Now i'm growing in a closet run, 5 cfl grow warm white, 12/12.
way through during flowering. Also using part cane sugar in solution.
My goal is to solidify some characteristics, and making my "own" strain, if you will. I love the idea of being an older man reminising with my jar of seeds being like, "been growing this strain since 2009" lol.
Growing two seeds out now, one of them has more purple characteristics and takes more after its mom, the second is more sativay and has more of a bushy grow, crazy vigor, crawling everywhere around my lights

I've been reading up on the colloidal silver method, to produce feminized seeds and I am planning on doing so. so I can try to get this purple to stick
