I was looking at some of the beginning shots of your setup and wondering if your using a c.a.p. ebb&grow or did you make your system with 5 gallon buckets? Thanks.
yeh i use a cap ebb&grow system with 30 sites per room. second room should be up and running in a couple of day's with the 3rd room being biult now so i can fill it in a month or so.
hey guy's how's it going. so it's already another week past so hears a quik update. I'm doing water topoffs every day and I'm doing nute add backs every other day. so now were at 3 weeks flower and every thing is doing great bud sites are definatly growing every day expecially since i also started using co2. i got the 2nd room filled with plants and once again am going to contend with changing nutes on them and deeling with a little shock or nute burn. but so far they seem to be doing pretty well. so hears some new pics
enjoy and happy growing
Looking very good, congrats on getting all your "legalities" in order! I'm being swayed more and more to try out the Cap E&F system, looks like it reduces a ton of workload over soil.
staggered? what do you meen? all my lights are in 2 rows. 4 in one row 2 in the other. there all spread about 2ft apart. if your talking about the hight of the hoods then it's because I'm running 3 different strains and there all different hights. my bubbalicious is short and bushy only about 3ft tall were as my royal hawiian is pushing 5+ft and my ak is only in the 4ft mark. if i kept all the lights at the same level my small girls would be to far from the lights. I'm running the hoods 12to16 inches from the tops of the bulbs and trying to maintain 3ft of solid penetration into the plants. hope this answers your ?
Very nice operation you have going there. I'm trying to configure a new 8000k flower room, and was wondering if you could get a little more detailed about how your ventilation system works. I know you have three 275 boosters, but what do they run to, another fan I assume, but what size and do you have a seperate room or area that exhaust from all your rooms go to?
Again, everything looks sweet. What do you think you'll get for grams/watt?
the 3 boosters are push the air to a dayton style vent up by the cieling and then vents out to another room. we are currently working on a piece of ducting to attach all 3 rooms together and up a huge vent that once was used to run a dust collection system. this huge vent sends all the rest of the hot air out of the biulding. I'm not sure about the whole grams per watt thing but i'm hoping to pull 8 to 10lbs. in a perfect world were hoping to pull down 12 to 15lbs per room.
So when you pipe everything into the main venting room, will they already have been through a filter or will you filter the main vent, and if so, how would you do that. Do they make a carbon filter that big?
