are you 100% on this or assuming? I understand the levels BUT a crystal clear test odds are tosses flags up doesn't it? Most of the questions, answers and online information sure does say otherwise.
Whether you are right or wrong I can HOPE to pass lol.

dude, i said that like 10 posts ago. i am 100% certain of this. it does not matter how clear your piss is if you have creatine. redbulls used to, im not sure now, but you can get creatine

Certain of it. I wouldn't spread rumors regarding such a serious matter. They sell creatine supplements at shops similar to GNC.
Why do you think they have to send it to a lab before they know it's "diluted"?
Clear piss raises flags.....?? That's the biggest bunch of bullshit I've ever heard. If you're simply a water drinker - clear piss, no if, ands, or buts. If you drink everything but water, that piss will be "golden" damn near. I drink mostly nothing but coffee and soda pop. Piss STAYS yellow.

I was wondering if someone else would point this out. Some of us don't fill ourselves up with all that shit, and our piss is clear. I drink water, lots of it, and my piss looks like water most of the time.
Beets and lots of them, turns it red so weather clear or yellow it'll still turn it red if you eat enough of em.

I know I missed all the discussion but energy drinks are loaded with B vitamins, which make your piss yellow.
If its a cheapy on the spot test then you don't need to add creatine back into your system. If it's being sent off to the lab though, then I would go buy yourself a creatine supplement to use along with the dilution method.
