Have you driven down south Broadway lately?
It's friggin' little Amsterdam down there. You can see the old neighborhood become born again right before your eyes. Get the cheap rent while you can, because once the road construction is over, that area is going to cost more.

I do have a collective question for those residents in Colorado?
Have you folks notice any more resin or denser nugs growing in the "high lands".
Some of the best classic Ganja is grown above 1200 ft above sea level.
