very nice set up mate, although as implied above, you might want to use a rail or split the wattage over a few more bulbs (I'd probably go 2 x 400 myself for 3 sites).. still, looks very clean... can't wait to see how things unfold...

best of luck mate

thanks for the input guys.... i know 2 smaller lights would have probably worked a little better but for the price im getting the ballast and reflector i had to go with the 1000.

check out www.dchydro.com.... everything is pretty cheap

greenatil- thats what i want to do.... thought that would be the best... but my temps are already around 85 with the 150's in there, plus a 1000..... its ging to be warm!

as of right now they look great tho!

here they are....15 days into veg.... looking very healthy.

had some heat issues with my 1000 watt light, but we raised it up today and the temps seem to have dropped a good amount into the 77-81 range so far

I got an ounce and it had a bunch of seeds in it..... It was real heady, I already grew it once and it turned out great. It might be a blue cheese cross.... This one doesn't taste as cheesy as the cheese I bought.

Scrogger- thanks for takings look. With the screen attached to the lid I can clean the inside of the bucket everytime I change the water

May I suggest a light mover. You'll get much more even coverage with that 1000 watter, and you can still keep it air cooled with flexible ducting. They also come standard with 6' rails, which would fit nicely in your 7'. Also, you could then do away with the side lighting, saving electricity costs, and keep heat lower.

"Paint the Timber or get ya Gaffa tape out"!

Hey Terry,
Me & my buddy were just admiring your modular Scrog dude, Very Cool.
We both noticed quite a quantity of bare timber in there. I've always used timber for my Scrog builds, Its strong & Easy to work with etc. I have always thought it nesessary to paint my timber with an anti-Mildew paint or a good oil based undercoat/Primer. I dont like the thought of bare/Untreated timber in a humid envirioment, it likes to harbour molds & fungi, Pests etc, this is the perfect environment for these potential hazards. It would just make me paranoid thinking that theres a chance this could go 'Pear- Shaped' just because i couldent be arsed to get me paint brush out!
We really like ya set up & ya Plants etc, just thought we'd throw are 20p in! Just asking for trouble iovho'
Bests of luck & Peace........'Scrog',...& My Special Guest Buddy......'SixSyde' who's quite a giggle when he's on form, Tally hoe! :eggnog:

I just stated some Blue Cheese also. How many times did you top your plants? How tall where they when you put them into flower?
