at 12"x 13"x 29"= 2.619 cu ft. Most of the recommendation suggest to circulate 3 times a minute. Thats only 7.857 cfm need? If you add in the scrubber would a 60cfm computer fan be sufficient. Temps are not an issue here.

60 cfm rating is not the same as circulating your air 3 times a minute through a scrubber.

see scrubninja's beginner's guide to pc fans.

What size is that 60cfm computer fan in inches (4" or 6")?

The Can 2600 and Can 9000 might be what you're looking for....otherwise I would suggest maybe a 6" S&P TD-150 matched to a Can 33,but you might find that overkill, but overkill on ventilation can be your friend.

How big is that 60cfm computer/axial fan in inches (4" or 6")?

I think the Can 2600 or Can 9000 would be just what you need...either that or a 6" S&P TD-150 matched to a Can 33 filter.

its a 4" fan. The question that im asking is would a fan rate at 60cfm unrestricted be enough for that size box. And secondly what if it was pulling through a 1" layer of carbon.

Are yo using this fan just primarily for ventilation/deodorization or are you planning on air-cooling your light or cooling the grow with it.I see you say temps arent an issue but that depends...what size light are we using?

Can Filters states that a 4" axial/PC fan matched to a Can 9000 filter would have an airflow of 47cfm.The same fan connected to a Can 2600 filter would have an airflow of 39cfm.The unrestricted airflow/cfm of the said 4" axial/PC is not listed in their specs.

So I'd say Can 9000 or Can 2600 filter.
