The units are 3.5" thick, and need 2" of air space above them for the fans to operate well. Hanging/Mounting can be done in any position, even up-side-down. I recommend to use the units at 6-12" from your canopy, and obviously the closer the better. The lights will naturally grow short and bushy plants, but if you want a stretch, simply use it at 9-12" above them.
Wonderful LEDGirl...I have a 120cmX63cm area cab...175cm high...it is running 2X400W HPS in an Air-Cooledhood. Double what most expect, but it gives insane bud growth now the hood is air cooled.
I have a second cab I am upgrading. Same size as the first.

Could I fit 2X126W Grow Lights in there? If so, would going with the 30 degree leds be an option as the canopy space is so...condensed!;)

No burn-in smell, no build times. Flip the switch, and within 2 seconds you have 100% intensity. The color difference in photographs is different than what you see with your eyes. When inside the garden, your plants will still appear a beautiful green color to you.
Being in my garden is enough to make the whole world seem beautiful ...:joint:

No, we don't offer UV currently. Many companies sell the gimmick of UV in their lights, using 390-420nm LED's. While it is true that this is UV in range, it doesn't have any positive effect on MJ. MJ needs 285-315nm UV, which costs about $90 per 1W LED!!! So for now if you want UV supplementation, I'd recommend a cheap $10 one from a number of online retailers.
Thanks!
I had basically come to that conclusion but it's nice to hear it from a 'spokesperson'.
I much prefer honest talk LEDGirl...and though to some it might seem you're talking yourself out of sales and profit you are doing the opposite...kinda like business permaculture I guess...:) take what you need, don't pollute and leave everything as good or better!...hehe

How much UV is needed for results anyway? What about a mod with 1-2 UV-LED's on a slow 'racetrack' 'round the outside of the unit's 'face'? Give the little 'light-car' a bit of a wobble so the UV is spread over the Grow Light Footprint...
Hey..LEDGirl...if this wacky idea does pan out for ya...remember me, huh? :)

So if there is 0% Green light how in the heck do your plants look green to you LED Girll?

it appears as if there is a few white LED s on this thing is this true? is this enough for you to see Green ?

im not hatin seriously!n

Who said we have 0% green light lol? Our lights use 20% warm white LED's, which emit a portion of their spectrum in the green range. Our eyes are much more sensitive to green light than any other, which is probably why you can still see how beautiful and green your plants are.

Not sure which 180W you got, but if you look in this forum you will see another user who is currently testing our 126W against a 180W UFO from a major competitor. Our light is currently dominating the competition ;)

oh shit... is it the pro source .....:yoinks:.....cuz thats what i got...?

gonna go look now....

You could do 2 x 126W or a single 318W in your space, depending on how much power you want. If you want the light to extend to the outside edges of your space, you will need the 60 degree lens. The 30 degree is certainly a more intense beam of light, but it also comes with a smaller footprint. I only recommend the 30 degree when people go taller than 42", as the 60 packs plenty of intensity for plants shorter than that.

I don't honestly know where the cutoff point is for UV. I know that in small quantities between 285-315nm, it will cause marijuana to produce higher levels of THC as a "sunblock" if you will, but if you have too much UV it can reduce your yield. I was thinking about ordering up some UV bulbs, like this 4W T5, to try out in my own garden: http://www.expresslightbulbs.com/uv...urce=googlebase&m1track=googlebase#googlebase
