The "new" version of my box will still be accessed exactly the same way as before, and will probably still look exactly the same exterior-wise, unless i decide to upholster it again. The sketch I made is missing the top panel and the side panel to show the inside.

wow, that's very professional looking! I wish I had a closet to put my box it, I wouldn't have to worry soo much about security. Mine is sitting in plain site lol. Do you keep the top open like all the time? or are there hidden vents somewhere?
hows aboot dis 1? Just finished it about a week ago.
The intake is more like a manifold...fan on oneside (as in the photo), while on the otherside..(behind maniflod..or what ever) are the intake ports that have 90 elbows. ...No light leaks what so ever).All of this has to pass through the plexiglass shown which exits out the top back through a filter which I have yet to build...gave my other away like a dumbass. Intake is a pc fan, exit is a 150cfm blow hooked up to a speed control. But to be honest I don't think I'll be needing the use of the blower till warmer wether comes back around, so I'm gonna hook it up to a thermo instead. I'll be doing the same for my mother cab to.

BTW the covering felt can be had at speaker/radio shops. I paid $11.00 a yard.

Update, November 16, 2009 & Introducing My Mom/Clone Box
Hello everyone, today is November 16, 2009. This update consists of info on my Mom/Clone Box and a few snapshots of how my girls are doing in flower @ day 29.
First, My Mom/Clone box:
My Wardrobe from Walmart, Circa Year 2000ish (I don't have a closet in my room):

What's Inside The Box? This box is being lit by 2 X 23W Cool White Bulbs, Temperatures are a constant 29 degrees C (~84.2 degrees F). There are two 60mm PC fans pulling through a quarter inch of activated carbon (exhaust), running 6V, (12v was too loud) and two 60mm holes lower as passive intake.
I have 4 Clones In Here, They were taken only 2 days ago and they still look healthy and alive (Yay!). At this point, they are all potential mothers, the four girls that I ended up with seem very consistent in growth and health, except for #1 who has stood out from the rest of them, extremely crazy branching and much quicker growth than the other three, she also smells better than the rest, a very strong sweet smell that i can't describe, kinda reminds me of juicy fruit gum but that may change as they finish.
A shot from behind the box to show fans and exhaust, I made that metal thing to direct some light towards the ground so that my closet doesn't glow at all:

Thanks TokeSolo! It's becoming quite the jungle in that box lol. I'm expecting to harvest sometime around December 13-17 (Flower Day 56-60). Christmas is coming early this year =)

Thanks mk3jetta, I do in fact keep that wardrobe closed all the time, I figure it is getting somewhat fresh air because the wardrobe is in no way sealed, there's many ways it can leak, eg. the doors on the wardrobe actually have a 2-3mm gap all the way around, and also the back panel is cracked open at the bottom which is where the box sits.
I think it gets adequate fresh air =)

Ello IC, Today is Flowering Day 44 for my girls. I did something stupid last week, I was so busy with school/sleep that I didn't get a chance to water them for a few days, I came back to them almost dead, soil was bone dry and all leaves were wilted and my colas were almost limp. Not to mention it is also insanely hot in this box, so most of the top leaves were burning to hell lol. I've probably caused a lot of shock to them for this, I spent quite some time apologizing to them. Anyways, I gave them a bunch of water and they recovered in a few hours, but now they look extra ugly because of the over tanning....
But despite their wicked tans, they are still beautiful to me, and they are still quite the cam whores....

I have another update for tonight, it is day 59 of flowering....this is a few shots of my girls before they meet their maker, probably sometime tomorrow night.....soooo sad =( My next update will be them in the drying box....which I'm still trying to put together lol.
