Everything is completely ridiculous, in-your-face, impossibly stupid special effects.

I'll set up a scene from the beginning...

Guy: I feel like something's pulling us apart.
And then the floor splits open right between them, as if it were a spoof of a shitty movie.[/FONT]


[FONT=Verdana, Arial]Jumping gaps with a limo, jumping/driving through collapsing buildings, flying underground every single time they fly, outrunning a super volcano (which is apparently silent unless you look directly at it) in an rv, goddamn I can't go on just thinking about how bad it was.[/FONT]

I want to go to the theater and watch it, just waiting on the crowds to die down a bit

Nothing that would ruin my experience than some dude coughing the whole movie...better chance in a packed theatre

The Day After Tomorrow is infinitely easier to watch than this hunk of crap. It's literally depressing that someone is making millions and millions of dollars off of it.

Usually you can laugh at how bad a movie is, but this is on a whole other level.

Or planes taking off on 50ft of runway or less? How about running out of gas over the china see, only to realize that it has magically frozen over, so you don't have to drown. Oh wait, there are also people and helicopters nearby to pick you up? Yay!

It was an entertaining movie anyways, lots of FX. Too bad you payed for it.

It looks good and I think that it will probably do very well in theaters - remember "Independence Day" with Will Smith and like 3 hours of continuous special effects? That made like over a billion dollars. I think the movie sucks but it did well.

You cannot compare this to independence day.
You can't compare it to the period at the end of that sentence.
Sure independence day had a lot of special effects, but it was a movie about aliens and explosions, not frickin airplanes flying underground/through buildings every 15 minutes.

No spoilers have been posted, I described one scene and mentioned how much a few things (that everybody that's seen a commercial for it already knows about) sucked.
Don't be a baby.

first you need something like limewire or bit tornado to download the torrents..
i use limewire - then ya gotta go to a site that lists torents - a popular one's thepiratebay . org
click it and open the file, it'l transfer to limewire and download it. pretty simple
