I just looked up some of these names on the federal prison website and none of them are on there, even if they're released it still shows when they were in, is this story true?

Is this movie still coming out? I've been looking into it online and I see multiple release dates that have already passed, and one site says it's coming out in 2011. Seems like they keep pushing back the release. Anyone know what's going on?
