Repo'd Grow Equipment?

Whenever you see a news article of a BIG BIG commercial grow that gets busted, you also see huge trucks full of hoods, ballast, carbon scrubbers, ect.
In California or other medical states,do they sell these at police auction or anything? I'd be excellent to be able to pick up cheap ballasts, and if you're legal, then who gives a fuck if you buy if from pigs?
if anything, I'd love to buy hydro equipment from the pigs. kind of a big F U to them if ya ask me

Where I am at(Ohio), they auction it all off once a month. You can pick up nearly everything at those auctions(from bikes to cars). The fact that you mentioned it reminded me of a news article that I read a while back about how they kept getting back some of the same light setups that they had sold months before. Just check online for your local sheriffs department, and normally they will have the dates they do it posted right on their site.

there was a multi house grow op that was busted and a local school got the grow equipment... they plugged in the ballasts and they didnt work so they THREW THEM AWAY! (about 5 or so 1k and 6 or 7 600w) i fished one out of the dumpster and took it to a local hydro shop to have it tested and it was wired for 220. they changed it back to 120 for me and i now have a working hydrofarm 600w.

well i dont know about the ballasts but when the pigs took my shit i heard them smashing the hps bulbs and laughing about it. hope those dumbasses inhaled some of those chemicals and gasses and maybe they will get cancer in about 10 years

These new electric meters the electric companies are now installing are supposed to be able to identify every electrical device you are using and how much energy it is using. I have always wondered about GPS or some frequency transmitted to signal the man...

i remember when there was a 48hours special on that website...

during the time they were airing the special, i tried logging onto the site and it was overloaded with people trying to bid on stuff...

i would NEVER trust that place... that website works with the police... NEVER in a million years would I ever consider ordering from a place that works with the police...

I dont know what would stop a slimeball investigator from installing a gps device in one of the ballasts, or hoods, or other items you can buy from there... i also dont know what would stop them from handing over your address to the popo if you buy a grow related device...
