What I referred to was a time of about 6 weeks, when I was not running CO2, where the only ventilation the plants received was from my opening or closing the door, and the only CO2 they received, was what came out of my lungs. I have since filled my tanks, and turned the CO2 back on (about 1.5 weeks ago).

My question is can i use a filter in the the tent and vent out into the room i'm planning to grow in, and use suplimental odour control like a ozone generator or would a ozone generator be enough to eliminate odours without having the fan and filter. Also would i need to bring in fresh air from outside or would the air in the room be enough?

Yes, you can run a filter inside of your room, without having to vent the air from the filter outside that room. I have no experience first hand with ozone generators (except for the fact that they are harmful to you), so I am unable to answer your question regarding them. As far as fresh air goes, the reason most people do this is to bring the CO2 levels up 100ppm or so. It's not required, but the extra 100-200ppm (indoors) can certainly help.

Last I heard it's 5000BTU per 1kW lamp..... You're talking around 8500-10kBTU, that's especially small in a sealed environment. IMO you ran that setup too hot and with far too little cooling to consider it a fair test.... Including with supplimental CO2.

Almost, a watt gives off 3.413 btu's, so a 1kw lamp would be 3413btu, giving a total of 13,652btu's of heat for LEDGirl's 4x1kw lamps. Take care dude.

Edit: this doesn't take into account the btu's generated from either the ballasts, or any other electrical equipment in the sealed room, including the ac unit, if it actually located within the sealed room.

I think people are following your links and seeing that you and led girl are a team ( Or it appears she has a few followers), and she has been banned from some other forums.
So my guess is people from those other forums who are holding a grudge are giving you bad rep.

i am not a team with led girl or anyother led company, ive seen these two companies go at it for a long time saying their light is better and people didnt no what light to buy? so i decided to help out fourm members so they dont waist their money on BS led lights that dont work. so thats why i am doing a side by side.

The ballasts were digital, and stored outside the room. The A/C unit is mounted half-way through a wall, with the ventilation side (heat side) outside of the room. 6" Air Cooled hoods, a direct air-line from outside (coolest air around) through the hoods, and A/C running full blast. It was no issue keeping the room 80-85 degrees, although I normally ran it between 85-90 as I do now.

I am not a "team" with anyone. Irish was a huge ProSource advocate/supporter, if you couldn't tell by all of his previous LED grows using their lights. I approached him in one of his grow journals, pointing out the inefficiencies of the lights he was using. To put it bluntly, he didn't like me, nor did I like him as the posts continued. Eventually I left his thread, and piqued enough interest that he followed one of mine. After a few weeks, I believe he sent me an email as I was offering deals to do a grow competition using our lights against ProSource. I made a deal with him to do our light against theirs, and what you see is his first 3 weeks using our light! So as much as you wanna call bias, or say he's a part of my time, you are gravely mistaken. He is simply someone who was VERY skeptical of me at first, who took a step back and listened to what I had to say, and then capitalized on an opportunity for a free light. It's obvious he likes me lights though (as every customer has thus far), or people wouldn't be accusing him of things like you are.

The problem with these forums are the bull shit accusations coming from the skeptic gallery, and it needs to stop, or certain members will no longer be welcome to post here.

Now, here's a funny story, I'm a paid advertiser on ICMag, 420Mag and I'm no longer banned (got banned because they didn't like me posting grow journals using my own lights). Still banned from GC, as they won't accept any amount of money to allow someone to post grow results using their own product. There are TONS of people starting drama all over my forum, or haven't you noticed? Sorry, but if you're the one that gave Irish bad rep points, you just earned them yourself in my book. He's doing EVERYONE a major favor by posting his results on this forum, and certain people are giving him nothing but shit when he steps in to voice a bit of support for me or how my lights perform.

BY THE WAY, I will choose which questions I will or will not answer, as some of the individuals do not deserve my response. I've already been advised by other moderators to simply ignore them/deal with them personally, of which I've done several times already.

Tell you what, you give me those numbers on a 400W, 600W, and 1000W HPS, at the distances you desire, and then I'll gladly provide you with the corresponding numbers for our units. I'm tired of being asked for more technical data than any one of you has EVER asked for on ANY other grow product you've ever purchased. I already supply 10X the data of any other LED Grow Light MFR. So if you want to keep pummeling me with requests for all this minute data, then you must have asked the same question of the company you buy your HID bulbs from, so what did your research tell ya?

I think everyone should just cool it until we see the results from these grow journals. I do have a question though, where is the grow journal from your celebrity tester( ed right?) ? Not that we take his word for gold but he has done a lot for the cannabis community and I would like to see his grow using your lights as well. Anyways, I am far from being sold on leds as the future and especially at this price point. However, I do want to see what the testers come up with as far as health of the plants and dry weight. If they work well, so be it, if they don't then thats fine too, no skin off of my back.

Curious about this also. Could you make a chart that shows the drop off for your various lights? There is a relatively popular chart floating around showing drop off for an HPS system, I'd like to see something similar for your LEDs.

I have PAR charts being worked on currently. If I had the information readily available, I'd give it to you, but I don't have any of the testing equipment like they do in the factory. I've made my requests, now it's simply time to wait. I'll have the information posted, once it is received.
