I just found a pack of Job Crystals that I never used. Lets give it a shot.

Rolled a joint of DSD in the rolling machine and it tastes fine, but what I miss is the lip buzz I usually get with paper. I like the way the cellulose kind of melts around the cherry, it keeps the ash cleaner than paper. Nice, slow burn. Hmmm.. I might like these. :)

our they better for you than pulp papers?

I would say they are less detrimental, not necessarily "better for you". Personally I like them, I can taste less paper and more herb. If you only have mid to low grade herb I would go with papers though.

For the last few years, I've been using clear rolling papers. I like the way that they burn, especially in the wind (no boating). I don't think that I've ever seen a joint on here rolled in a clear paper, nor heard anyone talk about them, so what's up? Anyone else roll in them?

terrible taste, but they do stay lit

i have the opposite reaction to them. they do not seem to stay lit is the main problem, second is they clog easy or something. i love the fact that they are better for you, but to me, they always smoked like shit compared to regular papers.
is there any other kind of healthier(less smokey) papers besides clear papers and super thin?
are their hemp papers? seems like a nice, thing un-dyed hemp paper would be the bees knees

Tried them, mid way through it started tasting horrible, and became very harsh. Just buy some ultra thin rolling papers,
