No idea ive always ordered off line, never sold or told anyone, Ive smoked with firends b4 and they know about my medical condition but ive never smoked my medical with them always sum other stuff i bought from the same kid they get theres from......my neighbor is kinda noisy but i really have no idea at the moment.. illl keep you posted, once my attorney keeps me posted....

Being from the north, Im not familiar with the laws in FL, but I have heard they are one of the strictest states (and I live in a commonwealth). Do they need warrants an such to come in? Were u presented with a warrant? Somewhere there is info on how they were able to obtain that warrant. Where i come from u must have probable cause or some damning evidence to get a judge to sign a Search Warrant. Shits crazy.. Best of luck brother. Its a damn shame you have had a clean slate all through your life, and now will be thrown into the system for a crime that shouldnt even be. Wishin ya luck. Positive vibes, brother.

It will be ok you depending in which county you are in. You will most likely get probation for a year. Lets say you are in dade you can get a good lawyer and get thrown out but in broward they will try to get as much time of you as the can. In regards if the will count as 16 pound no it will get sent to there lab and they will get weighed. Since the grow was in bathroom the plants are small most likely so you should have no problems in regards to jail time. But dont forget pig mess up in the paper work so a good lawyer could find that and get you off.

i really want to know how this happened, as should you. thats really going to let you know the chances of getting off if any.
are you sure nobody besides yourself saw the plants? was there a window in the bathroom? what was the reason you gave once that bathroom became off limits to regular visitors?
if you rent the house, any chance owner/landlord could have come over when you were not home?
there has to be something, i doubt it could be something as shitty as the delivery guy noticing packages from hydro store. especially with such a small grow, it hardly effected your power bill.

I quit ordering anything on the net after an extended out of state family member who is married to DEA said that UPS and Fedex are their number one informants. He said meth labs and grows are the normal busts via this route.
If I do have to order from the net ever again it will be by money order with a fake name to an address that has nothing to do with anything. I hope you find out what happened and I hope everything turns out ok for you by the sound of it it seems like your parcel service.
I may have missed it but did you order directly to the grow house? Was everything stealth shipped? Any invoices opened or boxes look liked they had been open before?

but if it is just the delivery guy, or a sorter at the sort facility, it still wont get a warrant for the police. even if you got 20 packages delivered that said hydro all over them, without a high power bill, or somebody saying that they purchased grass from you, its not enough for a warrant. with just 1 400w, there is no way it was a power bill, unless you never change the ac filter and you waste tons of electricity.
if you really did buy grass from a dealer, just so you could smoke that around people, thats huge, and shows you understand how to keep it stealth.

That's not correct to say across the board. There are numerous fairly famous examples of warrants being issued for much less than that, to include:
heat sensor detection
lots of in-and-out traffic and a "smell" from outside the apartment
tails from grow houses buying lots of equiptment.
And on and on. The mistake you're making is that you're probably an educated and decent person, thus you're applying the standards of acquiring a warrant to the letter of the law and your own interpretation. That's a common error-judges generally have no interest in the law.

Under Florida law, their is no legal defense for cultivating MJ, none. Period.
It doesnt matter if youre dying of brain cancer and only have weeks to live, that is not a legal argument. The prosecutor will say it's a nice sob story but the law clearly states blah blah blah and the defendant admitted to growing it so under the law you have no option but to find him guilty. You can ask for a trial in front of the judge instead of the jury but the state must agree to a judge trial. They can say no without giving reason.
The only way to beat a cultivation charge is to challenge the legality of the different aspects of the case against you and how it led to your arrest and look for any violation of your rights, etc etc.
You're well under the 25 plant limit (and have no prior's) so I don't see anything more than a fine and a little probation.
As for the weight and how it's calculated, if its cut up then they weigh it, if its on the plant then the plant is counted as a pound. So it's anything over 25 plants or pounds. If they find 10 pounds of bud and 20 plants, = 30 pounds or 30 plants.
You're gonna have to find a way around pee-pee tests because if they put you on supervised probation, especially for drug charges, then you can count on testing.
Florida sucks dude, and I can't wait to move back up north.

THE SAD PART IS BY PLEADING OUT YOULL LOOSE YOUR LICENSE FOR 2 YEARS AND YOULL HAVE TO SUBMITT TO RANDOM DRUG TESTS GO THROUGH DRUG TREATMENT AND DO SOME COMUNITY SERVICE ALONG WITH COURT COSTS COST OF SUPERVISION FOR THE PROBATION OFFICE EVERY MONTH BUT NO WORRIES AS LONG AS YOU CAN FINISH ALL OF THESE THINGS WITHOUT GETTING ARRESTED OR VIOLATING PROBATION. YOU CAN GET OFF IN HALF OF THE TIME THEY GIVE YOU IF YOU PAY EVERYTHING AND DONT GET INTO TROUBLE. BUT 80% OF PEOPLE CANT DO THIS. ASK WHAT THE "BOTTOM OF THE GUIDLINES" ARE IN YOUR CASE AND THATS YOUR PROBATION TIME THE STATE WILL OFFER.
