auto SOG outdoors

I have been planning a relatively small personal grow outdoors for next year and only have a few spots near my house. I have been going through this forum and most people say to use 2 gal pots, but I was wondering if i would use 2l soda bottles what kind of yield should i expect since I have heard that they mostly grow down ward. Another point is about how many would I be able to fit in a 3x3 area. In other terms what would be the most efficient way of doing and SOG outdoors with AFs.

i use 2 liter bottles and you will get between 7-14 grams depending on which strain and how you look after them.

as many as you can comfortably fit in there without cramming, bearing in mind half will be removed as males

again depends on the strain and how well you look after them, ive had them from 6-20 inches, its all relative to care, nutes and of course stress.

if they are outdoors geurilla style in 2 litre bottles id bear in mind that when fully mature they will need watering almost daily

Oh crap. I hadn't taken that into account, I think im just gonna use 2 gallon pots. Do you think i could get away with watering twice a week

Why not just stick em in the ground? Less watering, and you wont have a bunch of symptoms like being root bound, drying out as frequently... But then you have to worry about moles, cut worms, and what ever else you may have where you're growing :p. Lay down some landscaping fabric underneath, and plant on top as if it were a normal flower bed. ;). That'll cut down most potential in ground problems, hopefully.

you can dig some holes in the ground , fill them with the cheapest potting soil from your neariest garden centre, plant your trees. Less problem with watering , more space for the roots = bigger plants = more yeald !

:smoweed:

alright then so basically fuck pots and im just gonna make a flowering bed, and around where i live theres pretty much only organic miracle grow around here or scholts. any thoughts about org miracle grow and AFS or scholts?
