Yeah I know SOMEONE out there must have some Blue Heaven cuts or original seeds, if someone would self it and makes some fems of it they would be doing a huge service to the world of Cannabis users with anxiety. :joint:

Hey sotf40 !
I remember reading a grow report of someone that still has the original Blue Heaven, I think it was on Ganja planet, this was years ago. I think his handle was Kephra. But haven't seen him post lately. It would as you say, be a real benefit to those in need if this strain was reestablished

Was recently reading the Vanilluna description by DJ and it says there are phenos like the Blue Heaven effect wise, so that might be worth exploring. In general the blue family seems to be predisposed to these kinds of phenos that are of great medical benefit to those suffering with anxiety & stress.

Upon final testing, a few individual plants from the "Vanilluna" provided an experience very similar to the "Blue Heaven", i.e. calming, clear and relatively anti-anxiety.

Dude, I have been doing reading on Vanilluna and heard it is a killer strain like xanax but in weed forum almost, sounds like the perfect fit but I can't at the moment afford those beans..
Too bad!

I use Angels Mercy as my meds for anxiety & stress...she is one awesome plant...immediate results, she is truly a wonder plant...if you can find this cut, get it, may be a little tough as she is only in clone form...

Peace

From personal experience Sweet cindy 99 but only the indica pheno and NLxBlueberry picked a little early (mostly clear). In fact I find most indicas good for dep/anx and if picked a bit early that couchlock sleepy time can be avoided.

Have also hear very good things about Sweet Tooth #3, Satori, Jilly Bean and Grape Krush.

Just got some Sweet tooth #3 x Grape Krush on the bay that I have high hopes for, pardon the pun.

i posted a thread on basically same thing anti anxiety strains and got lots of same responses.. blue line seems to be the answer hybridized with a mellow long lasting non racey satiiva.. not too energizing either.
here and in my post and anothere i saw mostly:
DJ blue
flo (flodica?)
what do yuo guys think about burmese kush for anti anxiety?
I'll add sour diesel (if what I got was pure ibl) either way alleviated everything
I just want clear eyes and head and no heavy eyess during business daytime stuff...so w/e blue hybrids are best for that let me know: again thats a clear headed but still deep chest gripping/soothing deep anxiety relieving blueberry feeling,no lethargy saggy eyes tho?. is that basically flo or flodica? and again how whats buku/burmese kush like for anxiety?
if i remember orange crush was good antianxiety but got me chasing the dragon, anyone share this??

5-htp?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/5-Hydroxytryptophan

a friend of mine absolutely swears by it and she's fucked... her post natal depression was unbelievably bad (after years of depression and meds), ending in her being committed... the 5-htp was an 'out there' remedy the doctors tried (after exhausting trad meds) é voila! she's still verging on unstable, but she's a working single mother functioning and social.

apparently a super-large repeating dose for a fixed period to readjust brain chemistry... but i ain't no chemist, so don't quote me!!

it definitely works for combatting mdma/lsd serotonin loss comedown, as i have used it myself.

all the best

id deff say satori forsure man. very clear creative uplifting high. also id say some alaskan ice but not too much

Ive suffered some serious bouts of depression over the years for no apparent reason. What works for me is Wellbutrin SR150. Taken it for 10 years with no side effects whatsoever except less money in my pocket. Exercise really helps. What works for me may not work for you. Im with you on the sativa strains. Kali Mist or Power Plant. Make sure you harvest before peak. Right now im growing Skunk 1 which is 75% sativa. Easy and cheap to grow. Using fem seeds. All turned out girls. Next ill do Power Plant since the seeds came from Dutch Passion. 6 fem seeds 3 strains in one pack. The 3rd strain is White Widow. 2 of each. Oh ya, high potancy B complex taken daily also helped me.

Nirvana is pretty much it for less than $20, unless you find a great deal on seedbay. Mandala used to be dirt cheap, they are still great value seeds but more than $20 now.

I'm living on a shoestring myself these days. I'd suggest saving $20 here and $20 there to get into the $50 and $60 range. You'll have more options.

well herbglaze just suck it up and pay a 10-20 bucks more for something that will help and not contribute to your depression.

go with satori, i guess, it has countless times of being vouched for helping with said symptoms and seeds are not too expensive.

Also I can vouch for 5-htp being kick ass stuff, it gets kind of pricey to take all the time though. With this stuff though there are not really any moments of a euphoric like high directly linked to ingestion, although being in a better mood in general may lead one more easily to natural euphoric states.

Also eating oatmeal regularly, drinking green tea or yerba matte, and high quality chocolate or using straight cocoa, and hot sauce, individually of course, can really help too as far as things to ingest goes.

a recipe that works well for me is.... mix of green and black tea and add cocoa powder (dont skimp) a pinch of salt and a couple pieces of clove and cardamon, then add milk and sugar to taste.... once you figure out the ratios.....mmmmmm... good stuff

now drink this as you eat some really spicy food and you will feel really good.

I hate to respond with such a typical strain, but White Widow made everyday feel sunny for me. (This one was a Seedsman WW)

Ive smoked White Widow various amounts of times and it was feel good weed for sure not a whole lot of anxiety behind the high and no burn out afterwards.

KC Brains makes strains that sell for less than $20.
Even if you just spring for the extra $10, Mandala's gear will be worth its weight in gold. Satori and Mandala #1 are great for depression.

I grew two mandala #1's outdoors and got a pound and that smoke is some great anti-anxiety medication for sure.

I have heard negative things on KC Brains any words on that matter?

well, ALL the seeds the uk outdoor guys tried were WAY off their description, leading to some very unhappy customers... hardly any bud by the beginning of october!

i''d shell out for the mandala stuff, really...
