Here's a bit of an update. Think I'm nailing in a few of my problems as the run goes on. I stopped using tap water and switched to some nice filtered water for a few days and the ladies perked up. I think the chlorine from the tap was killing a good deal of my beneficials. Now I'm back to tap, but bubbling for 24 hours, then adding nutes and bubbling for an additional 24. Hopefully things only pick up from here on out.
The thinner PPP. Smells like fruit and pine. My controlled pollination went a bit nuts on me and now I'm going to have 200+ seeds easy from these two girls.

The thicker PPP smells extra fruity. Nice thick stems and looks like she will be a better yielder too. Nice crystals on both these ladies though.

Here is my TNT Mix lady. She showed me hairs a few days back and has started to put out triplet nodes up at the top. I'm hoping for a nice yielder here, she has real nice sativa looking leaves. Hopefully she will stay green for me.

Here's the NH girls. One is growing still getting a bit taller and has outstretched the other by a few inches. Both have very similar growth. If I remember correctly the taller one was a bit more potent and flavorful while the shorter one was still good and a better yielder, but I can't be certain. I think these size pots might be the right ones for my cab also.

So I'm under a time crunch with the C99's. Two were put into 12/12 three days ago. One is confirmed male. I'm praying the other is a female. I've taken clones from 'her.'
The remaining three will be vegged out and flowered after the holidays. If the smoke is good, one of the clones will become a mama for me. I've grown out some holy grail (c99 x mikado) and loved it so I'm really hoping for something real nice from these 5 beans. I will definitely be collecting pollen so I can keep looking for the gems in this line.

One of them decided to top themselves. I thought it was kinda cool, I've never had a seed do this to me before... That's just a leaf growing straight up into the air

Thanks for stopping by laylow and j6p.
The odor control is working well. The exhaust through the homemade carbon filter has little to no odor coming out. My only issue is the fan at the bottom of my cab blowing over the light, pushes some air out of the cracks in the cab, so I don't have a air tight seal. This of course means more smell leaks out.
But I can't do without the intake fan blowing over the cooltube, so I'll just have to suffer through it. I take a fabric softener dryer sheet and put it over the exhaust on my veg cab so generally the grow room just smells like fresh laundry with a mild hint of weed.
Running the wiring under the carpet would be an idea, but I have to move the cabs a good deal just to get inside of them. I like to think I keep them relatively hidden in the back corner during the day. Thanks for the tip.
I'll throw an update up later today, but I definitely had a yellowing issue. Worked it's way from the bottom up, I think it may be overwatering combined with using bad tap water but still can't be sure. I think the next grow might be a combo grow to see what works. Hempy, DWC, and soil. GH nutes for the Hempy and DWC, and earth juice for the soil. Side by side c99 comparisons...

I've been real busy lately with the holidays and all. Sorry for the lack of updates for all you lurkers out there.
I took down both PPPs and ended up with some decent smoke and ~500 seeds. The controlled pollination didn't work out exactly like I planned... One smells like fruity pebbles with a real energetic head high that I am quite into at the moment. I still have my two NH which will be coming down sometime this week. And there is a C99 I inpregnated along with a real sativa plant from a TNT mix pack that will be coming down in ~3 weeks. I know I said updates some 20 days ago, but I will try to get some pics when I get a chance.
Look for a much better kept journal after the new years with DWC in my stealth dresser... This is a nice run just to get acquainted with my setup...

Thanks mrred. The yield on the two NH ladies is definitely up from the PPP's that were seeded. Partly due to the seeds, but the buds were bigger and they stayed green longer which really seemed to be a problem this grow. I imagine these two will come close to or outyield both of the PPP's even though the PPP's had pots that were twice the size.
It can only go up from here. I've got some new plans for the cab with some new methods next round and I'll be sure to keep a much better journal. I've already got some C99 cuts rooting with 3 different ladies floating around in there.

Thanks catman. I really like how the lower buds bulked up like you said. I still did a little bit of trimming on the undergrowth but not too much. I think this next round I'm going to use my 1.25 gallon containers the NH was in and go hempy with some GH nutes.

A quick one. This isn't from any of the bud I grew, but a good friend just got a new grinder. Nearly half the metal teeth had broken off and it was time for a new one. But he decided to leave the grinder to me along with all the caked on resins and kief.
So what do i do??? Make some iso...
Gonna smoke some of it with my PPP later today. Still waiting on my NH to dry...
