reminder to wash your pots

maybe you're not a lazy slob like me. but after my last run I took a look and there was a chalky residue in my 1 gal buckets. either powdered perlite or salts? after washing my buckets I found this great ring of resin around the edge that wont wash off. resin coated buckets! should I smoke it?

That's not resin my friend, you'll find resin on the plant itself. What you're looking at is mould. Always clean everything after a grow - a clean growroom is a healthy happy growroom.

heavy organic nutriants always leave a nice build up on my containers, I fill barrel with water and soak them before easily scrubbing them down.

promise you not mold! these pots are over 10 yrs old. that is resin from the lower branches of my skunk#2 afghan indica. prob w other organic material ground in.

i will scrape a bit and give it a puff no prob.
