Holy Sh*t appraiser coming today!

House appraiser coming today and we can not have any locked doors!! I have 2 mothers about 2 feet tall in 5 gallon buckets.

Do you guys think it would kill them to hide them in the attic for a couple of hours? It is pretty cold propaly like 45 degrees!!
Need quick answers!?!

Is a house appraiser going to go into the attic??

Probably not, but they might. If they are in buckets just put them in a closet and put some clothes over them or something.

i work for one,they wont go to attic unless its finished,they dont squeel on folks either,hide the plants you will be fine

already sucks i have to rip apart my whole room trying to figure out a way to put clothes on them without killing them lol

Go rent a small uhaul or borrow a friends van, big truck, etc and buy two dark industrial plastic garbage cans at home depot with lids, put the plants in the garbage cans and then take them out and put in the uhaul/truck along with anything else you need to hide grow wise.

They most likely WILL look in the attic, do not chance that bro. It's 50/50.

yea youll be fine to store them up in the attic cover them with a large trash bag ....that will keep dust and insulation off them and keep them a little warmer

You better be damn sure those plants are gone, hidden, moved, whatever, they will check every corner of that house, I just had an appraiser go through my house. No way would I have gotten away with hiding anything.

had this happen about 10 months ago. had to shut down an entire 6k setup. sucked ass.
I then got evicted because my landlord wasn't down with a medi grow

inspectors poke into every corner,apprisers wont go into attic unless its a finished area,if its just insulation theres no need for them to go.

They usually go into the attic to look at the roof from inside, check for damage, leaks, etc.

You could also just non chalantly put the plants in the black garbage cans with locking lids (the handles snap up on sides) right outside where you keep your garbage cans. Just keep an eye on them and don't act suspicious.

what i did is hide them in the master bath closet below all the shelfing with like some sheet kinda draped over them. you can not see them and i put some air freshener over them so i do not think you will be able to smell them. but in the event anything funny is noticed i will DESTROY them and everything immediatly.
going to put some towels in stuff in there to make it look more legit

Maybe take a shower while they are there and use really strong smelling soap/bodywash with hot water, just an idea. Keep the dude out of the bathroom for sure!

take a big dump in the toilet and leave the lid open, just say "oh don't go in there it's clogged, and I kinda have a stomach bug right now"

I just showered while she was there and the mothers were in the closet next to the shower. when i got out i just used a lot of body spray she might think i am a little weird but good news. she did not open the closet door and if she smelled it she needs to get a job at the airport working for the DEA
