Roadkill SKunk

I grew out a pack of the canacopia BC roadkill, i only got one fem out of 6 seeds, but it was the same pheno braindead posted, much more skunk dom. then the other males i got, grew taller more branchy, nice fat nuggets that purped slightly very frosty with the rotten meat/skunk/death/dirty laundry. When dried and cured smelled of Skunk and piss with very very subtle citrus/astringent undertones. A very nice smoke, if you can find this pheno i would recommend it, not true rks, but very good.

I have smoked the pheno you mentioned. It was like you said dead meat that tasted good. weed in the past years has gotten very fruity. Many folk have forgoten the old school taste of green. I love rdkill but the consumers want blueberry cherry and diesel. Purple will have a guy buy one bag but if h doesnt like the old skunky type the next round he will buy a bag of mids for half the cash. You give him a bag af mediocre greens that taste like pez candy and he is back at your window in the am. You give a guy A SACK that tastes like cherry and pouts him out his buddy will want one in like 10 minutes.

I think searching in sensiskunk's genepool is a good idea,i made a cross with it and some individuals in the f-2 were really skunky...smell like rotten meat with hashy undertones( really stinky,a half joint in my cig pack in my pocket and you can smell it at 2 meters) and something like a burnt taste.
From what i read here i think this pheno was close to the rks.

ive been thinking about this a long time, and its broght me to where i thought i would never be haha

my best friend and i scored about an ounce each one year of the shunkiest rks ever known, i swear to god. it was reputidly grown on a farm hydroponically. the smell to this day boggles my senses. it was beyond skunk, like outer dimensional. and 1-2 draws and you were recked, and it left this amazing sticky skunk taste not on the lips or tongue so much as at the back of the throat. he called his daddy chron, cuz he stole it off his dad, and i called mine supersonic because it was. only got grams here and there after that. always sought this variety since i started growing. it grew biggest squatest neon green nuggets id ever encountered at that time. coated in trichs.

now a days, the closest thing i find is some kushes that almost match , but are too earthy. il bet that bcsc couchlock, ak or super kush might come close, any opinions. in holland, sensi skunk and orange bud(dp) are realy roadkill. so im gueiing there must be genetic lines to the og rdks tto these varities.

im so excited, got 4 to sprout of the orange bud and it reminds me exactly of my treasured supersonic from my youth, this is the pheno. only time will tell.

That's crazy you say this!The f-2's pics you can see in my other post originally come from a Orange bud/sensi skunk cross.

The orange bud i used wasn't roadkill at all,but really citrus fruits,like smelling at orange peelings.Potency wasn't enormous,a soft high good for daytime or beginner.

It gave me a heterogeneous f-1,with very different individuals.I took the more sativaish female(curch incense or wet concrete smell and taste) and the more indicaish male(skunky fruity with a curious lack of vigor)for make f-2...those are more homogeneous with a lot of roadkill pheno(i think,but i can't say for sure,i have to explore the line deeper).

^^^^^^crazy man. ive seen two dom ob phenos, 1 is almost exactly like the california indica/cali orange, the other on is 100% skunk, almost rks. the sensi skunk is so old dating back to rks craze. have you worked much with sensi skunk? what types of phenos. dude, my orange bud mama, almost rady for cuts, smells like rotten meat, road kill very sour bottom, not the citrus bottom. it isnt the rks, but close, im hoping on recreating the rks, ive seen almost an identical plant from reseva prevada, looks exactly like my legend, any comments on that one too? RP have some old scholl cali lines. i seriously beleive the rks might have columbian or mexican in the cross. it has the biggest flouresent lime, neon buds, ahhhh, id trade an ounce of og for an 1/8 of my rks supersonic hydro, im stoked and surprised there is this type of following, but then im not, due to this strains impact on the scene, thanks, d

I can't talk about the OB,it's a strain i'm not accustomed to.Let me tell you the story of the OB i used.
Few years ago,a guy was always talking about HIS weed,HIS orange bud...you know...blablabla...so one days i asked him to give me a sample.This tightfisted man bring me a very little bud...with almost no resin, when looking at it i can see few nanners and one seed...the weed was awful...harvested too early,no high but a little something in the taste.This guy is a bad ass and a junkie,so i assume he didn't know how to properly growing weed.

At this time i was curious,so i grow out the seed...giving me a female which i grow three time,two in soil one in hydro,she show bananas only in hydro after 10 weeks of flo...way too matured,she's normally flowering in 6 weeks.
This female had a really sativa profile,but a really short flowering time^^,a orange peelings smell and taste( as say before) and a subtle high.

i've seen two phenos in the SS,the first(as the boy)is skunky fruity,and the second is more special,like green incense mixed with mango,really fresh taste.

You make ask yourself why did he breed with a selfed female,this was only curiosity.this was the first time i play with pollen just too see what happen,and since i can't stop making seed.Habitually,i'm staying away from fem seeds and any type of hype, but as i see what i found in the f2, i know i will continue the work on this line cause for me it's a real skunk line( really different from skunk 1),and i'm currently exploring the line and i have not seen any hermie tendancies in it.

I'm not a breeder,but i 'm sure this line can be work easily as it is almost pure skunk,maybe in a few time i will have my "own" skunk...

ok heres my two pence , the RKS everyone is in search of is very elusive ... it is often searched for in seeds labeled "skunk" where it really lies is in the afghan labels however , afghan contains many different phenotypes ..... garlic , pine ,mint and rancid skunk , etc. these are the most common fragrances i have known . the rancid skunk ihave found was in aurora indica ..(afghan x nl) from nirvana ...... considering it is an f2 or open pollenated batch ... this was most likely a lucky find . i hope you will find this type if it is indeed desired . i have not a great desire for this type although we cotinue to keep this as a clone . we will also use somw SD x OG pollen on her to make seed stock .if indeed we have the right recombination of this trait in future seed generations we will definitely get them to the bay as freebies . i will say this is powerful in smell and potency .

You are right...and wrong in the same time.If all you are looking for is only skunk smell,so yes,you should look at the afghani strain and found it,but you will never found the skunk high(Imho,it's very different from the stone of a ghani)...

Back in the late 70's my friend got some real skunky weed grown on Tiger Mtn. It had one seed so I grew it... the seed was about 4 times the size of a regular seed. The plant had a massive stock and was real short with a skunky smell.

It turned out to be a male, good thing. I am legal now and still don't have the guts to grow any stink weed... lol

the east coast road kill i called it , its a auto affie(which has skunk1 from dam early 90's) crossed with a NLxskunk(unknow origins) may also bring back some memories. the skunks in this strain really came through in this pheno ill tell ya. When you get this cut from me make sure to flower it out or get someone you know too asap, you will be very impressed i think, but MAKE SURE they have good carbon filters etc.you have been warned !!!
finished product of this is very hard to contain the smell, bags in mason jars in a safe in the basement of a 2 story house, and the first thing ya smell when ya crack open the front door o f the house on the next floor upstairs , you guessed it SKUNK this strain is very dangerous to carry or grow because of this reason. I kid you not. Ive never encountered anything of this caliber of stench

I just harvested some bud that literally smells like dead skunk...NO BULLSHIT! I Its a mix i made of Skunk#1(TFD) x Afghani#1(Sensi).... I grew out 20 seeds from this first generation mix, and all 20 plants grew exactly the same....It kept the flower profile of the skunk and the yield and smoothness as well, but it added density and alot of trichs from the Afghani side. They all smell the exact same, before the buds were cured it was a very strong odor, kind of piney, but after only a 1 week cure in jars, it reaks of nothing but a strong odor of a dead skunk, the piney smell is gone. regular baggies, ziplocs and mason jars do not conceal the smell at all. If you were to get pulled over by the cops and this shit wasnt vacuumed sealed, you are busted! its a very pungent strong smell and anyone that has smoked pot can recognize it very fast. I gave a bud to my friend, just today, the bud was about the size of your thumb nail, that friend went into another friends house with the bud hidden in his hand, Dude asked, what the fuck is in your pocket, it smells like a skunk.....I got that phone call about 5 minutes ago, which prompted me to write this post...needless to say, the dude that said, what the fuck is in yoru pocket, now wants to buy some...LOL..He has been smoking for about 15 years, and usually buys middies, but when he smelled and looked at this shit, he was sold. I would like to post pics, but i never do, for security reasons, but i might make an exception for this shit....Other than the smell, its very pretty pot....a blanket of crystals all over some-what lime green buds... When i made this cross, i was not expecting to get anything as good as this, I figured it would be very nice smoke, but WOW! I just love the way it took on both properties of the parents, I guess thats what happens when you use 2 IBL's for breeding stock..it honestly could not have turned out any better...I have about 200 seeds i made the first time, and even though i've only grown 20 of those seeds, they are all very uniform, in all aspects.. I sure would like to send some of these beans to a few experienced growers, so they can see what I'm talkin about.... RKS is not dead...It just needs to be brought out of the genes.....Please let me know, if you would like to grow out a few of these, If you do, I PROMISE, YOU WILL GET NASTY, PUNGENT SKUNKY GOODNESS WITH EVERY BUD.
