From a nutritional standpoint I would make sure I had a fair amount of GOOD fats in my diet. Coconut oil being paramount, but many others including avocado are great too. A b-multiple, having a good BREAKFAST (berry and juice smoothie with things like b pollen, lecethin, organic almonds, and something green), vitamin d (also good for the flu season). Exercise goes a long way. There is a web site called earthclinic.com. It is the place I go before all others, when researching a health topic on the internet. It has nothing to do with weed and is a not for profit organization that has a lot of EXTREMELY useful information regarding a number of ailments. I hope the mentioning of this website doesn't contradict the TAO of this web-board. Getting back to basics, talking with someone, and support of your weed-peers could go a long way.
