bio-canna

-they don't have childish labels
-no animal ingredients ( not sure what they grow the hops with.. )
-there email contact is super quick to respond
-there ferts don't smell
-simple grow and bloom bottles
-you can recycle / reuse the bottle, has built in measurer if that's your thing
-canna uses a multi step process for there bio-canna line, I heard the bio-boost takes 6 months to make?
-it's EKO certified

I like the sounds of the Canna products, but I do not like the prices.. Pretty spendy stuff.

^ I find I have to use very little, I 've never gone over 5 ml a gallon..

from canna:

"In a perfect world,
giant fermentation tanks would take raw materials
and render them to a liquid fertilizer by the careful
addition of specific soil borne microbes that would
work on the first step only, and once they digested
everything they could, they would be removed and
replaced by the next step’s microbes. This would
be repeated by the same microbes engineered to
produce very particular compounds, all the way to
the final step, where it would be bottled and sold.
Once applied this would be reduced immediately
at the root surface to become available, with little
delay, to the plant.
All the while, the materials and process would be
100% Natural and Organic and would include
nothing added but the microbes (if they are even
needed by this step): wishful thinking, perhaps, but
one doable with future technologies. CANNA produces
Bio soil/ soilless medium fertilizer that is produced
in exactly this fashion. They are called Bio
Vega and Bio Flores for respectively the growth
and flowering stages. "

I don't work for canna, so I'm not gonna try and sell you, but quality cost sometimes, and I suggest you look over there websites and articles to see there commitment to quality, and there customers..

have fun with whatever you do..

I'm with pbp with added calmag.

PBP is so forgiving, newbie friendly, and makes the kindest buds I have ever grown.
No additives, other than calmag, are needed with it.... and you really only need calmag if you are growing in coco/hydro. if using soil, just PBP with out yeild, out preform most other setups.

fertilizer is so low on the totem pole, counter to what they would have you think.
environment is key.

Thanks Proteus!

I agree about ther environment being key. I am coming back into the grow scene after being out for a few years. I was non-organic back then and now I want to go organic. I def have the environment dialed in. Now I am trying to figure out which nutes I want to go with. Thanks for your input!

ive had good results with all my plants, flowers and veggies, in soil with the bio-bizz.
and the pbp is knocking the socks off of pura vida in my hydro pepper experiment.

I am having great sucess with...buddha-bloom by (roots-Organics) and it actually doesnt stink at all compared to some products I have used..I prefer it over the Pure-Blend-pro..
however if your growing IQ..and enviroment is dialed in you can grow with any nute..the plants doesnt know the difference...IMO

Thanks for the input.. I actually just decided I am going to go with the roots organic line. I am going to slowly mess around with brewing my own teas and see how a plant or two responds while running the RO line..

Are you using anything else from them other than the buddha bloom?

Thanks!

The Pure Blend Pro formulas seem weak on the micro nutes... do you see Boron mentioned on any of their labels? Or Copper, etc...? My yield was substantially lower versus the GH Nutes. I use a modified Lucas Ratio, like 6/12 w/ Foxfarm Beastie Bloom in every res., about a ml per gallon. The Beastie is loaded with the micro, you can check the label. However, I do use PBP in my mothers, which are in Sunshine no 4. I think if you are in a medium based grow you will have better results with the PBP than if you are pure hydro, because the medium will have some of those micro nutes in it.
That Liquid Karma is about as stinky as it gets!

EJ - I really dislike this line I think its better to spray on your yard or something
ph drops really low, then if you bubble it to get ph up it doesn't stay disolved, then it can also go bad easy, worst stuff in a bottle that I ever bought and I got the whole line at the time

PBP - Not organic but is easy as sunday morning to use. the ultimate keep it simple stupid nute IMO

no experience with bio bizz or canna

I just use guano/casting/kelp mixed in and as tea
