Sounds like you've been having a lot of fun, I love your cab design and the intro was a great read!
Have you designed your carbon scrubber yet? You might not need it now but 10+ plants in flower will surprise you with their powerful aroma. My concern is that the scrubber required will create drag on your air system, and throw your temps into the red zone. Not a good time to run into problems.. for a grow that size a 250cfm carbon scrubber/fan combo would be perfect, if you DIY one make sure it's comparable in size and CFM.
