Title really says all..
Which setup has the potential to yield more quality bud?

The 3.2x3.2x6.6 with 1000 watts of hps comes out to like 98 watts per sqft..

the 4.6x4.6x6.6 with 1200 watts of hps comes out to like 57 watts per sqft..

Thank you for your time.

ya of course the bigger setup has it, but if the setup with the bigger light has almost half as much watter per sqft that doesnt make a difference in quality or quantity?

i'd probaly go with the bigger room to fit a few more plants. 98w per sqf mite be a lil over kill i think in the smaller room, so it mite be harder to keep everything in the right range.

personally I would prefer the setup with more light for but the second setup will yield more as you use more space and more watts

If ya going large, don't forget for a little space for that one stringly sativa ya always wanted to grow.

The darker the Ray-Bans, the better the room?

I would go with the 4.6x4.6.

I can't imagine keeping temps good with 1k in a 3.5x3.5 without a lot of work.
Also, the extra space will def. be nice... you can fit more plants, have more room to work in, etc.

There is also the point of diminishing return to take into account although lots of light is needed there is a point where the plants cant make use of it and you will find that your yields dont continue to increase base on light I am going to add a link in here to a site that has a yield calculator allows you to enter in how much light you have intensity growing space etc and it will allow you a rough idea of what your best light to square foot ratio is of course having a light meter to gauge the light intensity also helps.

Here is the link http://www.angelfire.com/cantina/fourtwenty/yor/production.htm#yieldcalculators
check out the whole site there are a few different calculators here
