....basically he was trying to scare drivers into making a mistake on the road when he lights them up just to give him a reason to pull them over... what a sham. cops are pathetic con-artists that will lie, cheat and attempt to scam the legal system to benefit their careers.

you don't know that for certain with what you presented. he could have been looking for particular damage or markings on a vehicle suspected of hit & run or....?

ITO making their careers better; what does it really say about the efficacy of law enforcement in any one jurisdictions if patrol officers write out tons of offenses?

It would indicate to me that enforcement is useless against (and does not curb) violations or increase public safety.

Consider how it might be different for all of us to focus on good community policing and assume they are part of us. . There are bad cops, firefighters, doctors, ceo's etc... for sure!

If we buy into this wholesale idea that all LEO is the enemy, we only fortify and prolong their fight against us. If we view them as mostly helpful.. the
egregiousness of bad cops and bad cop behavior is even more dramatic.

Im here guys!! I just try to stay away from the thread cause it gets me depressed but
thanks for all the kind words it really keeps me going and lets me keep my head up!
IM getting back in the swing of things finally getting back on my feet I think Im finally off the random testing now I just have to report any day of the first two weeks of the month so thatll be cool.
Im still doing cal trans though I kinda waited till the last minute to do it all. Im enrolled in an 18 month Dui program just for the DMV to get my liscence back as well. Its ridicoulous cause Ive never had a dui before and my first one its an automatic 18 month program cause my charge was a felony charge!!
Also The ChP succesfully sued my insurance for a total of 225K!!!
2 officers got 100k and the driver got 25k it finally got all settled and know i have to go back to court and show they sued civily so they can drop the restitution hearing...
So ya im trying to get over it all but I wont let it hold me down Ill be back on my feet very shortly!

YA PFF... if any video dissapeared im pretty sure i would hope my lawyer would move to dimiss the charges... as hearsay... but i fucken hate chp... almost as corrupt as fucken sheriffs... almost but not quite their yet.

IMO, Bruce Margolins team for defense is "lacking". For the most part, a bunch of interns/students. I had a Felony case that he did nothing for but collected my money. They called me 3 months after I personally got the charges dismissed,telling me I had another court date?!?!? WTF . They showed up to zero hearings and had no F*cking clue.Ive had a couple MJ cases and this was BY FAR the worst experience Ive had with lawyers- ever!

As for the CHP, man, good luck. Im very sorry for your incident. The dash cam ftg is usually stored on their servers in compressed video.You can request it and they can burn you a dvd from it. I work on a show that uses police dash cam ftg all the time! Hopefully they still have yours, if its CHP they should have video.

And if you could of proved he falsified a state doucument, you could have his job.! that's the law.!
you still have the civil court's to work with. If you bring charges against him in civil court, which is free by the way. Said chp officer will have to pay to defend himself.!

3 chp were in the car cause supposably they were on the way to the shooting range once they got on stand and were questioned!!
The guy broke his back YES cause he didnt have his seatbelt on and ADMITTED IT!!!
I got sued by the CIVIL COURT already thats where these judgements came from!! I tried to bring charges in civil court and was told i have no leg to stand on cause Its my fault!! FUCK THEM!!!!!!!!

THen just this week I got a supeno to the same court!! THERE TRYING TO SUE ME FOR CRIMINAL RESTITUTION KNOW!!! WTF!!!!!!

when i got arrested dui the cops turned off the dash cam so they could make up a reason to stop me they said i was swerving all over the road uncontrollably all 3 of the cops lied in court under oath back to back

i was in 1 lane the whole time

it is becoming common practice for the police to dispose of the onboard video and then claim none was taken

im sorry but this is not the case as the whole police institution is hopelessly corrupt they make money by putting the general population into prisons; they dont care if they have to lie, or whatever it takes to get what they want
