Help me diagnoze this problem.

These babies have been over a week in very bad conditions, at the very start of their life. So help a brother out on these, what's wrong?

I don't think it's heat stress as I put the hand where the top of the plant is and it's fine. but i don't have a cooler for the light at the moment it's a 600w and around 2 foot from light to plant.

Looks like maybe boron because of the spots sticking toward leaf veins, but boron deficiency only affects newer growth. Plus, it looks like several problems all at once...how is your ph? Ph can make your plants exhibit many symptoms of deficiencies

Laugh at me but I never check the ph, don't even have a ph tester, i just go with good soil and luck. It always works but this time the babies needed to wait in cold and no light. So these ones aren't that perfect. What about adding some veg nutes?

Yeah, cold with no lights lowers abilities to defend against deficiencies. Ph above all else is probably the one thing that ALWAYS needs to be kept in check. I don't have a meter either, but I use test strips from stealth.com that are made for saliva and urine so they're very accurate. You're not feeding them? How old are they?
