A small test grow of the z99 ( wd's c99 females((all the fem phenos i could find)) x zoidfuel f1 males). Took everything i could throw at em and then some and had no major probs thusfar. All have the pine aromas, with one being very pine icecream and another smelling like pine soda. Looks like they will go a week or 2 longer than the straight c99, but will yield more indoors. This is the first cross of a line the will be getting alot of work and i think will be a fantastic line.

id be inclined to agree there dg , having toked both strains im confident on a winner there also .

I was fortunate to get a few pictures of the zoid grown outdoors, lovely golden buds, extremely tight , with a beautiful fruity scent ,and that clear high that tropical sativas are renowned for, a great example of papua new guinea gold line we used to see a lot of in australia .
The cross with c99 should make this a truely memorable strain to grow and toke .
anyhow heres the picture.

Hi and ty all for the kind responces. This is an ongoing joint project with the person i got the c99 beans from, a person whom i have great respect for and am honored to be working with.
The plants have really started to pack it on, they seem to like to bulk late like the zoidfuel, but the yield is definately looking nice and quality of the highest order. I will get some more pics soon to document the growth.

very nice indeed donald....I recently had a sample of Z99....although it wasn't cured properly, it still had that Cindy Pineapple sweetness with a touch of funky sweet....if that makes any sense lol...but definitely powerful stuff....4 hrs or more of being ripped...but not realising it until I sat down ( I was outside working in the nursery) that I was even more high that I was before...truly remarkable...I'm popping some of these real soon.
