Also I saw his birth certificate. search google images. I was at the DMV waiting in a large line when one of the guys that worked there was repeating that phrase ad nauseam at least six times when the woman he was saying it to stood up, pissed off to all hell, and screamed "IS THAT WHAT'S UP?!?!?!!".... I absolutley lost it and laughed my ass off for a good thirty seconds while the woman stormed off and he was just staring at me...

That prompted me to ask: "What exactly is it that is up?"... which made the remainder of the line with straight faces crack up... I now have a love/hate relationship with the DMV. I know I don't want to be there but if I am I never know what to expect!!
