we've all seen the sigs at the bottom of peoples post's that say things like, none of this is real, i'm a compulsive liar, all of this is made up, i got these pics off the internet, ect...
does that really get you off the legal hook?

i mean are the cops going to say, aww man, he said all this was a lie! now we have to drop the case!

using these posts alone to prosecute someone, would be a very weak case. There would have to be other solid evidence. I think if they did use these posts for a prosecution, it would only solidify a case and not make one.

It would certainly be an after the bust type of evidence. I don't think it carries near the weight as a neighbor calling in saying they smell cannabis, or johnny bigmouth who just got arrested for an ounce and a joint and is now spilling his guts and pissing his drawers pointing at your house.

Ive read in books detailing marijuana law of people beating cases (possession in a motor vehicle searched after stop) because the cop searched containers that were not atypical pot containers (say for instance a case for sunglasses) and the lawyer arguing that because it was not an atypical container to house pot its not reasonable to assume it contains it were in if were a baggy or a container that normally housed pot it could be taken during a search and used for evidence

so my thinking goes if they see this site and target you cause of your posts could they say its reasonable cause if you claim before hands its faux

probably for peace of mind too

Same as ordering seeds: So many stress about what if those seeds get intercepted instead of being worried what if they get caught actually growing!

It works on the same legal principle as "calling." For example, say you and a few buddies are going to your car. As soon as the car is in sight, if someone says, "I call shotgun," there is no appeal nor legal recourse. That person rightfully gets the front seat. Period, end of discussion. However, you must formally "call it" by preceding your statement with "I call," or all bets are off. Geez, don't you guys know anything about the law?????

Now if you post pictures and you can see shit in the background and they use those pictures to show the grow space was then and now under your control. It may not be able to be used against you now but it could be enough just cause to the judge that most likely you are guilty and may swing his decision.
