they JUST showed a picture showing the box thing falling off..same photographer/neighbor...balloon was like 100feet up

The picture of what could be the 'box' is disturbing, considering we all know what may very well be inside.
...and the irony. Falcon. One in particular (peregrine) is notorious for plummeting to the earth at high speeds.

In all seriousness, if I had been outside, there is No Doubt I woulda seen this IFO.
He flew right by my house according to the reports from witnesses along his flight pattern.

It kinda is the parents fault though,
just like if you were to have a Swimming Pool in your backyard,
you either supervise children around the pool, or gate and or block off access to the pool.
This should have been done with the IFO, I think the father's enthusiasm in space and science brushed off onto his 6 year old and he paid the ultimate price for his Adventurous attitude.

looking at the video of the guys trying to capture the baloon, it seems a little small to be able to lift a 6 year old kid??...it must of been half full of helium when it landed, so i 'm guessing theres no way it could lift a kid??
