Finishing in the dark

i have a girl about 1 to 1.5 weeks left to finish but i gotta leave for a week so my options are either let it finish in the dark for 7 days or chop it early wuts everyones thoughts on this

be prepared for couch lock on the darknessoption.


Maybe also u could stop watering the plant a few days earlier to speed up the ripening as u simulate a drought.....

i leave mine in the dark for 24-48 hours before i chop anyway, i'm sure a couple more days wouldn't hurt. then you'd at least be around when it's drying to make sure everything is aight.

is mold something ill need to take into account? cause the rh seems to be a bit higher at night

Letting it in dark will prolong it's life and possibility to finish properly. I suggest doing so.
You could also put pot in larger container, then fill it with pure water, to keep soil moist for this week of absence.

Why don't you buy a timer for the lights and rig up some temporary irrigation with a pump and drippers???

Then your ladies finish properly.
