Getting ready to harvest!

what is going on my fellow smokers! I am getting ready to harvest 10 plants, wish i had some pics to show you. I need a little help. I am not sure what is the fastest and best overall way to dry and cure your cannabis? I want to know this because in about 7 weeks i will be harvesting again. Except this time it will for plants from good genetics, totally excited about this and will have pics for you all. I usually just trim and hang from a string until dry (stem snaps). I've heard of cleaning your buds and putting them in trash bags and storing in jars. Does anyone have any method that the truly believe to be the best for taste and for time. good bud truly gets better with age. any info is greatly appreciated.

hang for 3-5 days then once the branches can SNAP in half I toss them in glass jars and burp them daily until the "planty smell" goes away and then they can chill in the jars and you can burp or not (assuming no mold issues are going on). Others go with the hang/brown bag/glass jar. Up to you just make sure they are fully dry enough for an actual cure, not too dry and not too wet just right.
