auto drip feed soil pots?

hey guys one guy once showed me a dripper u can have for each individal pot,and it senses when its dries,and drips water or feed into the pot.do any of u guys use this can u give me the name,or how it works im lazy and im quite intrested in this!

Tropf blumat autowaterer, there are cheap knockoffs for sale on amazon too. They work great, a buddy is using them and raves about them daily.

they work....i don't use them, but i have a friend who likes the blumat jrs cause he's out of town a lot.
