first timer with a few questions

in the process of setting up my 1st indoor grow its about 5x5x5 closet ganna be running a 600w hps and a 400w hps air cooled hoods ganna be exuasting them under my house into a carbon filter... my question is what size filter and fan should i use?

and if i have an air conditioner installed in the closet do i need an intake?

oo yea my 400w is on a digital ballast that runs hps and mh i was think about running the 400w as a MH and the 600 as a hps any1 have any opionions on that i was just kinda curiose to see the diffrences in the bud

How are you planning on running an a/c in a closet?

How are you planning on the intake/exhaust leaks and so on for a closet with an a/c?

Is it being ran up into the attic area or out a door, wall?

any pics, drawings or thoughts?

it would b running from out side.... the room is in a basement one side of the cloest goes under the house so i was ganna exuast under there... and the other wall of the closet goes out side so i was ganna run my a/c from that side...


in the process of trying to get a camrea ill post pics if i get an opertunity

also if i run a big a/c like a 18,000 btu will it b harder to get negative pressure in the room vs. a 6,000 btu? or is a 18,000 an overkill for a 5x5x5 room... also what if i ran each hood to a diffrent carbon scrubber will these help with the smell?
