I grew a nice SAGE last year - in my harvest pics thread here:

http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=53382&pp=15&page=15

This one was quite indica in structure, with quite chubby leaves. The high was medium-potency, but the flavour and aroma were just sublime - tropical fruit, with rich herbs, and a hint of sun-dried tomatoes. The high was perfectly balanced between Indica and Sativa, as advertised, but just not as potent as I would have liked, though that did improve with curing.

Sadly, a friend lost the only plant, but I got a few seeds from some early hermie action, and got an almost perfect replica of the original female, except it's green, not purple at the finish. I'm chopping this first thing in the morning, and will post pics of this in the harvest pics thread. Early test-buds suggest this pheno may also be more potent, which would be nice.

SAGE Harvest

I harvested two SAGE about 2 weeks ago. One was a short stout indica; the other a tall sativa. I got a little over 2 oz from the Indica and probably 2.5 from the sariva. I've already made some brownies from the Indica and I have to say that I am disappointed . Just as you said, moderate potency at best. I'm going to make cook with the Sativa tomorrow to find out if she's stronger.

My favorite phenos of the sage are the ones that lean toward the sativa side of the spectrum. I feel like it is far more potent, I would describe the smell as a b.o. smell (in a good way). Sage is capable of some real serious yields, it does really well in a scrog set up. I always thought the sage was plenty potent, but I guess it might be different from pheno to pheno.

It kinda smells like hippies, let the sativa pheno go 11 weeks, much better at 11 than 10 imho

T H Seeds S.A.G.E Feminized

Characteristics : Spicy sandalwood flavor

both of these victories were based on overall strength and quality. High T.H.C. and low C.B.D. make this plant a perfect head stash variety. Spicy sandalwood flavor combined with a long lasting and uplifting high make this the plant for those who must have the best. Longer flowering time is rewarded with large buds that will seem to double in size in the last few weeks.
produces a power- packed plant with over 20 % T.H.C

Is that true??

sage is a bomb smoke that is top shelf here, akin to bubba kush and afghan... I'd let it get ripe with cloudy trichs b4 chopping her
