Huge catastrophic problem PLEASE help

I literally JUST got done moving all of my lights, plants, fans, building a BRAND NEW grow room in my new apartment and the fucking electricity turns on and off.

I just gave the dude 2k deposit and switched the electricity to my name, I am feeling completely screwed here.

Is there some sort of timer/device that can automatically turn itself back on? I have 1000 watt ballasts and when they are turned off, you can't turn them back on immediately, you have to wait for them to go 100% off or the bulb just wont come back on, so this device would have to have like a 5 minute delay on it..

Or does anyone have any other ideas? I have no clue what the hell to do.
I could really use a miracle tonight...

OVERLOAD OVERLOAD....seriously tho dude just like Wait....What? said...unless you can upgrade the cicuit with a higher rated breaker and new corresponding wiring there's nothing you can do or would want to do at this point. See if you can find a separate circuit to split some of the load your carrying. Also be careful of running extension cords that aren't rated properly to carry the amperage.
How many 1K's you running with anyways? May have to cut back a bit there my friend.

No it isn't overload I only have one 1000w ballast running right now and jsut one 1.8 amp blower, they are plugged into different outlets, the power was jumping on and off before I even had the light on...

Sorry i thought you said you had multiple lights and other power sources causing your power to shut off...What your saying is the power shuts off and on regardless whether your up and running or not.....right? If this is true there's nothing much to do other that get it inspected because something's not right either way and you have to live safely my friend...Can you move the plants and gear to another local until this is fixed?? Could be something in the breaker panel...main feed might have a loose connection and that is not good.Is this problem just your apartment or is it building wide..might want to find that out too.
