Not legal...I can read legal....listen what i am looking for is to hear from ppl in states with mmj laws and see what type of complaints there are like too few plants, restrictions on numbers, canopy etc......not any bullshit. If you are about to post up about reading it on google...thanks but stop typing. just need some serious input.

well you have a few choices

hang in PA and hope the bill goes Thur which is going to be sometime

wait for NY to pass one

move to Ohio ware it is decriminalized

MD defense in PA will not Fly there are recent cases that prove it

none of these states have a passed MJ bill yet

I'm on the left coast so I can't help you with any specific info. However, I would suggest that you try searching on Bing for some feedback on the nearby states that you know are med-legal. When searching for specific information, Bing really does seem to do a better job of narrowing down the results than Google does.

Good luck!

DC is quite close to implementing Initiative 59. If the do nothing Senate would get off their ass and vote on the DC appropriations bill we'd know. They have to do it soon, the District needs the money as of 10/1/2009. If this goes into effect the District will have one of the most comprehensive and patient friendly MMJ laws. 3 mature/4 immature (let's scrog!) and you don't even have to be anything but a District resident to open a dispensary.

After Alaska, Ohio has the most lenient mj laws in the US, for both growing and possession. But no medical. If your family's in Pittsburgh, you could live just minutes away and be (relatively) safe. And they also have the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Ohio!

delaware and jersey two other options both will be trying to pass soon i believe. Jersey wants to run program, delaware would allow to grow your own.

Currently delaware has the most strict laws. Mandatory minimum.
