One more down! The plant that snapped in the storm and got burnt in mid flowering is done.

Friend with a part of that plant. Seemed to have some weight. More than I thought.

Hell yeah Paddi! My first outdoor ever but the feeling when a plant comes out way better than it seemed is awesome. Last one smells kinda strange but we'll se what the cure does.

Here are 3 pictures from today. 2 of them are getting close and will orobably come down around next weekend. The last one has shown some nanners!! I pinched of all I could find. Think I'm gonna let them all go one more week at least. The one with the balls is slowest.

The one with balls is in the middle of the first picture.

Bushot. I think it's from the plant to the right on the first pic.

That's a damn nice grow:) Thyphoon always impresses me - would love to sample that strain some time.

Thanks blackone! I'm impressed too. You should try it :)

Thanks mrkobold! I got them from a danish grower.

Here are 2 pics of the plant that will probably come down next. The third pic is of the biggest xmas-looking girl. Her buds are dark purple. Looks pretty.

Congrats on the beautiful harvest. Those trimmed buds look gorgeous. I love a good sativa. I bet your hooked on growing outdoors now.

Thanks humboldt :) You bet I'm hooked on outdoor!

A dream would be to find some varieties with the different highs and stones that I want and make the result last a full year. I've learned that the quantity is actually easily achieved. Went into this thinking that 100gr would make me happy. You know... 100g is 100g and 100g is always nice...

I've always had the idea that there were no strains that would mature in our climate. I guess I underestimated the Crazy Danes...

Heya.

I have a hard time describing taste and such. To me it tastes like ordinary weed. There is a lot of variety on the smells but they all taste rather similar. Some smell sharp and clear while others have deeper, funkier smell. Potency is alright considering yield and moldresistance and early flowering. Would like to try some crosses. Got some ideas I really think would be great to increase potency. We'll see :) Nice up daytime high. I find some plants make me seriously sleepy/put me to sleep when I'm coming down. Some plants don't do this at all.

Here is my second attempt on bubble. First time I mixed way to carefully. This time I used an electric minimixer on low. Used it for 4 minutes, paused for 1 minute, stirred with a special spoon for 4 minutes, paused for 1 and then repeated everything once more.

This is what I got from a half full 4 gallon run. Smallest harvest is from 110, middle is 73 and biggest is 25.

This is 73. Could maybe have been cleaner without the electric mixer? But it was soooooo easy.

I hate the dark times now. Glad I got some herb to make em brighter :)

Thank you!

I found this thread from following a link from another thread Dödsknark but I take my hat off to you man!

I'm at approx the same latitude as you in Scotland so fully appreciate what type of weather conditions you have to deal with, mold is something we have to keep an ever open eye on outdoors here too with it being so wet most of the time

I'd love to know more about the lineage of your main strain there, it certainly produced the goods for you anyway bro :respect:

Thanks Dyr! I haven't tried it yet...

9Lives, thank you! I'm strainhunting for next season. Gonna be so much fun :D

Many thanks Esskie! Can't really help you on the lineage of Thyphoon. All I know is it was bred in Denmark by a hippy collective. They did an awesome job, that's for sure. I probably lost less than 0.5% to mold on the Thyphoons. No spraying and some heavy rains late in flowering.

I'll check back with pictures when I have something to share.

Peace to you all

Some more. The first is 25 and second 73. It is some seriously nice smoke.

I know it's a bit polluted by hairs. This is from me touching some buds first. Got sticky fingers and forgot to wash hands before handling hash. Of course some shit was stuck. Stupid mistake.

I used sprung bags. Really nice value.

That there is some quality full melt by the look of it Dödsknark my man :kos:

Really nice looking hash you got from that pull

Unfortunately we went nuts and pulled everything that was in the freezer last time so we're going to have to wait until next time round before the bags are out again but such is life

I'd like to do half the next load of trim in our cheap bags & half in the sprung bags just to see?, I have this thing in my head about cheap bags not having the correct screen sizes but I may be wrong? :chin:
