i for one think that both were ...and im sure there are others.

both were very rebelious and far too popular, and ive read and seen every biography of both, and heard every song by both. (...huge fan of both)

why wouldn't any government wanna squash them.

...and make it look like something it wasnt. (i dont trust the gov. for shit, and i wouldnt put it past a president to order a homocide of such)

just curious what you guys think on that?....this isn't a music thread, just a discussion on conspiracy.

...also i think "zach de la rocha" (rage against the machine)...may have been on hit lists as well, and smart enuff to help his zapatista homies out instead of get gunned down here.

any thoughts on all that?

I don't think either of the above were a threat to The Man, as it were, in any real way. I'd imagine they would have gone after people like Noam Chomsky and Gore Vidal first if there really were people that motivated to keep the wealth disparity as it is.

Or maybe I misread the thread and you were just asking about conspiracies in general, like some local beef or something of the sort? The 2pac thing is really interesting, just because it seems there was an endless variety of people who wanted him dead.

ppl like pac and biggie and marley and la rocha...shit and even eminem...they arent the most liked ppl up in washington.

they bring down what they are trying to bring up...

it really is a power struggle that both sides are fighting for...and the political side cares more by far...and will go to greater distance to make sure that they get theirs....they just hate to see ppl like bob and zach, and biggie, and peter have any say.
