Lesbians growing in the closet...

"New" Cab has lift-off!!!!!!!!!! Pics tom as lights went off while trying to fit them in there. Looks like I may have room for 5 more clones. It was quite a move from the trash bin in the closet to a prime location in the bedroom lol Probs so far have been poor airflow from bottom as I modded one of the drawers to act as a movable tray. Put about 20 1/2" holes but didn't seem to make a diff. Temps were around 81.3 with lights on an door closed. It was too late to turn back so I stuffed them all in, said a lil prayer to the Ganja Gods to look after them in their new home. I also noticed the end of my cone shaped DIY carbon filter sitting kinda funny so that is probably not helping with airflow on top of the 90deg bend it has in it also. I have a lil 12VDC muffin fan from the other cab to use so I hope that will help. Had to wrap her up quick like with panda paper cuz light is leaking ALL around the edges. Only one bungy cord on hand atm. Hope they make it through the night!

....they sure dont look anything like my first grow did lol

lol, I have to say it is pretty impressive how much of a turn around you have done in such a short time, I'm really glad I stumbled upon this 'little' thread of yours.

BTW, 81 degrees isn't too bad, drop it a few and you'll be fine. Pretty much anything under 80 is alright.

Yes, I was worried for a bit there! LOL I think I will be able to manage the temps fine with a fan aimed at it. I can hardly wait for the lights to come back on! It's nerve racking to keep the light out of it tho! I know light can't bend 90degrees but it still makes me nervous! I don't want hermies lol Time will tell!

Here are "The morning After" pics of the girls in their new cab! Temps are good, thinking about raising them up to the light a lil closer. No other problems except for light leaks from a warped door so Panda Paper pajamas at "night" will have to do for now!

Some kind of bone yard! Didn't find a whore in mine, seems mom forgot the rape victim!

Some kind of Christmas gone stupid as it always!

Some kind of off package to China to teach them about CHRIST, some Air Wave

Why didn't you teach that Saint Dick game from Iran! Seems that the north pole was a bad ICBM (in cum butt mom!)

No pics tonight, I'm too tired/high lol Bottom leaves of tallest clone curling upwards and crispy. The only thing I can think of ATM is no air circulation with low RH at 36-38. I didn't put my PC fan in the new cab yet. Bah! Temps are lower though, but no air circulation I'm guessing or too much? Hmmm They seem to be "thirstier" in this new cab somehow. I will have to talk REAL nice to them tomorrow I think!!

Yeah, I would have to say heat stress. You are going to need to get some more airflow coming from the bottom, ATM it doesn't look too bad but still cause for concern. Of all the problems I have dealt with in the past I would have to say that heat was the biggest nuisance (I'm from Texas, so it tends to get pretty hot in the summer). I have had entire crops go hermi on me in the early days back when I was doing closet grows with absolutely no ventilation (learned a lot since then).

There are a few things you can try to get the temps. down, but the most important is to get more airflow/ventilation. For temporary relief try putting some cups of ice (that could increase your humidity, which is why it is TEMPORARY), keep your cab open, if you have a 23w CFl you could replace the middle one TEMPORARILY.

Have you gotten any temp reads lately?

Like I said it doesn't look too bad, but I have had bad experiences with high temps in my first few grows so plz excuse me being overly concerned (I would hate to see those grow balls, even though that is not likely)

:joint:BTW, this is my 420th post!!!:nanana:

P.S.

The one on the far left is a bit stretchy...

I am truly honored that you saved you 420th post for little old me!! :woohoo:
Current temp is 75.2 RH 39% I just put a cup of water in there so we will see! No balls allowed in this ladies club!! LOL I shall toast your 420th posts with a bowl now as I missed 4:20 cuz I was trying to cool down the girls mansion OH and BTW, my cab is in 1/25 scale so the one on the left isn't really that big LMAO That is my second clone that looks nothing like the mom lol I thought it was better to have it 1 1/2x the height of the pot it's in? Is it too late to do anything for it? cough cough!!

I noticed that the fan is laying flat on the ground in one of the pics. put something under the corners to lift it up off of the floor so the air can go through it. Maybe if you can seal the bottom of the cabinet against the edges of the fan it would be forcing air into the cab.
Duct tape is a growers second best friend.

With those lights you are going to need some strong air flow... How many watts are those ? What are you going to do when they get up to the lights ?

In general when leaves curl up it's heat.. when they curl down it's too much nute or water.

How the heck did I end up in this thread anyways :) Oh yeah, smoking and the internets... it's just a random tour.

I have to subscribe now. It's fun to see a small, personal grow. My night job sees lots of towering monster buds.

Happy Growing!

I have added another fan the other day, and figured out why temps shot up. The buildings heat got turned on the other day and it was like a sauna in the bedroom. 3 42W WW and they do get a lil warm but average in new cab is 75-78.

Update here with a couple of questions from a lil noob lol I'm wondering how much longer I gotta wait to pick and smoke a couple of my plants lol They aren't that big but trichs are all cloudy with like 10% amber. I know I picked my last ones way too early but I've let these go a lil longer. Also, can you pick the top bud off and let the lil popcorn finish? Those are all still white hairs down below. And what is the fastest way to pick and smoke? Microwave? Just a fan for an hour or two? Thanks for watching!!
