BSC, Brazilian Seed company?

Great thread with great strains, searching for more pure sativas?
BSC is flying high as usual, nobody will shutdown BSC without my permission.
They tried hard last time but they failed and their seed company now is failling

@ nepalnt21 Wasn't trying to be anal, just informative.The epa is a fox/henhouse type of situation.:respect:
@ Highlighter.I had no idea that Purple Peace was GA's.Thanks for the link. That solved a mystery photo I saved from OG in 2004 of GA standing in front of a plant on his rooftop. Now I know which plant it was.To show my ignorance more clearly,I didn't even remember who Green Ambassador is.:redface:Still reading through his thread. Thanks again.

Here's The Wreck IBL,from my final indoor. This plant was as tough as any farmed line I've grown.Lemony-sweet with
pure sativa effects, needing only 45 days flower to produce almost devastating effects. Not even a hint of a sleepy indica effect.
Even the woody stems and shaded nugs had trichs. All that under only 150w hps.Not bad at all.
Peace

Syd that Cindy99 x Ducksfoot looks beautiful man, she's loving that sunshine for sure :yummy:
How far into bloom was she in those pics, can you remember?

the closest to that we've ever grown out was a SweetCindy99 (Sweet Tooth#3 x Cinderella99) which was pretty damn nice, indoors in hydro though never done the strain outside.

Latitude limits the strains we can expect to finish outside, although we do manage the seasons are disappearing with no real summers to speak of & much more wind and rain by the time we hit September/October...:badday: definitely no weather to be contemplating a CH9 Super Haze for outdoor anyway :biglaugh:

Just like to say Hi to everyone who has/and will contribute to this thread . Apart from the lovely eye-candy there is a wealth of information and tips within the 100+ pages on a wide range of subjects, not just sativas!
Anyone who's just skipped through the thread, go back and start from page 1 and read right through.....it's a very interesting read with lots of beautiful strains discussed and/or pictured

Thanks guys and keep up this thread, I now look forward to seeing if there are any new new post notification emails for this thread everytime I check my email lol

this one was grown out of a 200 seeds obtained in colombian shwag. focused on resin density and yield this one was the winner, very racy high, energising and sweet sweet honey taste

Very nice HazeLover. What was the flowering time for that plant?Any aromas?

Here is a presumed Mexican. Grown locally since the mid 70s,it is said to remain pure. No hint of Afghani in scent or effect. It has a faint scent of crushed wild strawberries, and the flavour of granulated sugar. Very pleasant mid potency sativa high lasting 3-4 hours that degrades into a slightly tired feeling. No tolerance build up that I can detect. This one can be enjoyed as often as I like, and it always delivers the same effect. Origin unknown as the original grower passed in the 90's and I didn't have the pleasure of meeting him.
Peace

I took this one on day 97 but it could have gone a little longer, next time I'll try to give her another 2 weeks in hope for increasing terpene content. She has a very sweet honey taste if I can describe it like that, but not as intensive as I like it, so I hope these two extra weeks will give more of a sweeter flavor. Very sweet lady you got there, nowadays its so hard to find good pure sativa genes..

RSC Golden Lao indoors

pure Highland Lao strain, grown by Hmong, from same landrace genepool as Isaan "Thai" strains

---

(((Amoril --- Manga Rosa is an oldschool Brazilian strain... I think it means "pink sleeves" although many people say it is "pink mangoes")))

ngakpa, thanks for the heads up there.

a brazilian x colombian sounds intimidating! South American Fury lmao.

Awesome plants Ngakpa, How many weeks of flowering do you expect with those?

Will the Golden Lao be available again from RSC?

S

shushslo

what is the Manga Rosa?

Here's the info from the breeder:

Manga Rosa

Dominance: Sativa Landrace
Sativa/Indica Proportions: 100% Sativa
Aromas: sweet mango fruit
Environment: indoor, outdoor
Flowering time indoors: 10 -> 12 weeks (70 -> 84 days)
Yield: Weak

Breeder's Description:

Pure brazilian sativa from the 70s, a classical around here and all the country too.
Never was hybridised.
Very nice and long lasting high, natural high for clean cerebral activity, delicious taste and bouquet of sweet mango fruit, fat long fox tail buds full of resin with orange to light red hairs.
This strain was used to breed White Widow.
Grows as a main stem with few side branches, better growing outdoor but indoor does fine too.
