Very nice setup. I am, like the other, really digging that aero table. I am assuming that is a ebb and flow table that you used for the base? What size are the site holes?

abs plastic 1/4 inch thickness

The holes were a bitch to drill becuase the plastic was so solid..had to take the screwdriver and pry the plastic out everytime i drilled a hole..

Measuring was a bitch as well for this big ass tray but as soon as i finished one tray,BOOM i just used that one for the template for the next one so it wasnt as bad..

cloning in EZ's and throwing them in the trays under 600's...the tops are super glossy and reflective...

Yep, hole saws are a real pain in the ass for material like that. I prefer a forstner bit for holes in hard materials like plastic and acrilic>
