So This guerrilla outdoor was going awesome, all the way till the past few weeks. I have been loosing a 1-3 plants every 7-10 days. They just wilt and die. It has been only to one specific strain that is doing this. The plants are on a gravity feed drip, which constantly drips 1/2 Gal per hour....
I have the feeling that it is Gophers, or moles, but i really don't think its moles. So If anyone can diagnose the problem, that would help. Like I said this only started within the past 3 weeks.

Agreed they do look quite finished.
Get them before the mold does.
Is the soil very wet? On one pic it looks like mud - perhaps too much water?

i guess blackone is right -----looks like too mutch water to me°!!!

Well they as previously stated they look ready to pick, as far as the leaves they look diseased. If your soil isn't highly aerated and doesn't drain quickly than you have been watering too much. It sort of looks like root rot, I thought maybe I saw mold on the lower leaves. HARVEST THEM NOW!

Looks like the gopher has been chewing on some roots. I have some plants that look like that from gopher damage, which are definitely not overwatered.

But it does look ready to be chopped, so it doesn't matter too much.

1/2 gallon per hour? thats 12 gallons a day, you could grow water lillies with that. Those plants are finished mate pull em they will mold fast. Still I'm amazed they look as good as they do.

Hard to put it better, but as Groucho said, they do need more in the heat of midsummer, very easy to overwater with the same system when it clouds over and rains.

Ya there is mud because the owner of this garden thought they were wilting from not enough water, but i went and looked at them and thought it was gophers, but i just wanted other peoples opinions.

There isn't any mold, The weather has been in the upper 90's high mid 60's Lows. The soil has good amount of forest liter, mostly Valley Oak leafs, mixed with red clay, that's pretty rocky. The plants that look ready to chop are these ones...the rest will be 2 more weeks.

Do you do anything to prevent the gophers? If so what do you use?

Ya so you think its to much water......I really don't think these drippers put out 1/2 Gal Hour......these plants grow in a desert climate....did really good from spring through summer, no rain from May - October. many days over 100 degrees. These are the ugly ones that are dying. haha

Thanks for all the replies. So the most likely is Over Watering?

Yes. " Did real good from spring through summer" yeah it was much hotter then than it is now. Late summer and fall are diff climates with diff needs. All area dependent. Time n place. Bring em in they look great
