Yellow tops on clones :(

Hi im new to this site, and i got this problem nobody has been able to help me with.

I have 7 mandala#1 clones in a bubbler, been vegging for about 8 days.
About 5 days ago to tops startet to turn yellow, from the inside out. I looked it up here, figured that they needed sulfur, so i added quiet a bit GH bloom with 5% sulfur. I cant figure out if it had helped cause some of them seems not to become more yellow, while some would.

Am i totally wrong about this? What do u guys think?

My cheapass so called "waterproof" EC meter got full of water the other day so i dont even know the ec/ppm anymore.

For about 12 liters of pH 5.8 i have mixed about 35 ml grow 20 ml hardwater micro and 25-30 ml bloom.

The bottom leafs are old damage caused of no nutes in the beginning.

I know its a lot of bloom in the early stage but it seems to had helped a lot, but any other suggestions??

Thanks!

Have your clones rooted?

How close are you lights and what power are they?

What are your temps?

You have GH nutes... you want Lucas Formula, especially since you don't have an ec meter right now.

You'll want to dump what you have and mix up a fresh res. No grow, 6ml of micro and 12ml of bloom per gallon of water. Best results are with RO water. You can go as high as 7ml micro and 14ml bloom but I wouldn't under that lighting without fear of burning.

pH it to 5.4 if you only top off once a day, 5.2 if you top off twice or more. Keep topping it off with RO water until you've added the volume of your res back and then dump and re-mix a new res. (Mixed up 10 gallons originally, 10 gallons of RO added back means time to dump)

You'll have excellent results, it's that simple. :D

Edit: Oh yeah, don't mix nutes or pH up/down into a res that has roots hanging in it. :D

Thanks for the advice Hydro-Soil. Im a little sceptical over the low pH. I have a 20 gal res with pH 6.0 with airstones. The pH drops to about 5.7-8 when i nute, and is pretty much stable. My tabwater sucks here, its about EC 0,6 :(

But before i i do anything i would like to know exactly whats wrong with my girls?
And what are the benafits on using lucas-formula? Other then saving GRO lol, thats all i know about i. All these fancy things are new to me!

Whats the reason my plants look like this?

Im about to change the res into lucas formula after reading a lot about it but can i use the lucas formula with my tapwater with EC 0.6?

pH issues mixed with nute balance issues mixed with water issues. No matter what you change, I would go with RO wate as soon as possible as some of that damage looks like mineral buildup.

Going with Lucas will drastically decrease your problems as well as dramatically increase the number of people that can help you.

I wouldn't recommend the tapwater and would suggest you try very hard to find a source for RO water, even distilled would be better though it's generally more expensive. If you can't find any then I would suggest trying it with your tapwater and using just a tiny bit less nutes than full strength. Say 7-14 instead of 8-16. :D

thanks again hydro-soil.. the only way for me to find RO water is to buy a filter kit of some sort on ebay, i will have a look on that. i didnt thougt the use of RO water was such a big deal. but i will go make some new water with lucas, but should i really keep my pH at 5,2 - 5,4???
