It is personal taste... I've grown strains that people said were so flavorful or strong and found them bland compared to what I was used to.
Anyone try Flo? I was thinking of getting some of those clones from
Harborside Dispensary.

Make sure you ask them whose genetics they are... If they don't give the right answer make sure you let them hear about it.

But Sensi's Mothers Finest is my all time "Laffy" pot.
Just smoked some, and so remembered, that MrNice's G13 x skunk ( in reality it's G13xskunk1 x skunk 1) is a strain that gives a great "laughter high" ...things just are quite funny after smoking some.
A skunk dominant strain, but not very fast to mature ..goes around 10 weeks to finish ..maybe even few weeks extra, if you want more bodystone. Good yields. Fast grower, with a big strech in the first weeks of 12/12.
Potent, around 8-8.5 out of 10. Up, fun-high with a little/some body ( around 20% amnber trics).

Even though we've been smoking our kali mist for a couple months now, I still get that laughing fit/being so high I'm not sure what to do with myself every once in a while. Mainly when we smoke during the day with friends

had a skunk#1 once, was from sensi or dutch passion, 8-9 years ago... it was a 70-75 day phenotype, very fluffy a lot of red/dark orange hairs, spearshaped sativa dom thingy... after smoking a spliff the next 1/2 - 1hour was pure comedy... i guess the rather extreme sat phenos of skunk#1 might be a place to look for as well... the only downside was the short lived high, after around 1hour the high seemed to disappear very fast...

the last time I smoked some laughing weed was in the Phillipines 25 years ago...my stomach was aching next day from laughing so much.
btw it fairly obvious that many posters in this thread have never smoked legendary laughing grass. To describe it as "happy" or "giggly" would be a major understatment.
If you all didn't experience rolling on the floor in hysterics, tears rolling down your face and laughing so much and so hard for so long that is hurts, then you laugh some more..........then you haven't smoked laughing grass.
It's probably a combination of the right genes, good growing tropical sun, the right setting, a stress free frame of mind and good company. Tolerance is part of it too, but at the time we were heavy smokers, but this particular grass produced hysterics (in a good way)
I still vividly remember most of the night, it was Angeles City in the PI, a rented house with a couple of guys from Darwin, rum and beer, it started with ghost stories for the girls, lots of spliffs, later on in the height of hilarity we were feeding bits of this laughing bud to rats outside the kitchen window. The rats loved it, they sniffed it, got resin on their hands and tried to get it off, they starting acting all silly too, especially the little ones, it was a scream...hmmm ..I guess you had to be there.

I don't know how popular this would be but adding just a little bit of alcohol will definitely add the laughing factor in. I drank a couple bourbon and cokes along with smoking the Kali and the high went through the roof.
Not enough alcohol to be drunk but just enough for a buzz will do wonders for the high. This little bit also deters from any hangover the next day

Chamba describes the high I'm looking for, and I agree it probably does have a lot to do with the setting, strain, curing, and tolerance lol.
Satori has been mentioned 3 times, and Kali twice... I'm already buying a new run of Kali so I should probably give Satori a try as well.

I LOVE LAUGHING BUDDHA! This variety is mellow and playful, not too strong, not too weak; I could smoke a long time before I'd get tired of it. I would love to see it more commercially available, as it's such a lovely buzz for mentally-hyper types to slow down a bit. This variety voted 'bud of the year' by the trimming crew, but it's hard to find it these last three years or so. Mellow and happy; a perfect afternoon in the garden. ..
