Need tips for green dragon party punch.

Hey everybody, I'm going to this music festival/campout for 2 days in East Texas and my friend and I want to make some green dragon punch and put it inside of one of those huge gatorade containers they use at sporting events.

I was just wondering about how much alcohol I should use to make 5 gallons of punch. I don't want this to be some stuff that you drink one glass of and your on the floor high, drunk and drooling. I am going to be using some pretty good lime green mexican bud. I have made green dragon several times before but not such large amounts.

Basically if anybody could help me out with how much alcohol per 5 gallon container then I could figure out how much weed to use. I am thinking about using around 2 ounces for 5 gallons of punch but I could use more or less.

Make a quart or gallon and see. Just increase the amount once you know how much to use.

Thanks Hydrosoil. I think I'm going to follow the traditional trash can punch recipe except with the green dragon. Hopefully it will taste decent, I'll let you guys know how it went..

i'd go 2 parts greendragon and 3 parts punch.. a couple 1.75L of vodka would do IMO

imho, tincture works best if you get the whole dose in you at once rather than diluting it a lot & sipping it slowly.

When you combine the lag time for the thc to take effect, the booze in the punch, & the difficulty of knowing who's had how much, I'm afraid you're really setting yourself up for someone to OD. The problem with this is not the effect on the person "ODing" - they'll be fine after a day or two - but the effect on the party. Some knucklehead insists they're dying, their friend freaks out & calls 911, & then you have ambulances... cops... questions... a serious high-bunker.

I'd make a mess of tincture & a mess of punch & keep 'em separate.

I've got lots of family in East Texas! This doesn't sound like my mom's scene, though. Got some cousins might be interested...

Good point! Even without 911, LEO, or a death, a cannabis OD puts a serious wet rag on a party.

I prefer adding a couple drops of concentrated tincture to a drink, so as to keep track.
